everything was perfect. I had a horrible experience with a different U-Haul location in Jackson, located on Highway 80, and I was hesitant to try U-Haul again. Prestige storage renewed my trust in U-Haul.

I reserved a dolly and this location did not tell me they didn't have any until AFTER I'd paid. I really needed the dolly to move my furniture and this put me at a serious inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this location until they get all the equipment reserved by the customer.

Reservation is not so easy. Call back service is delayed after booking for reservation. Had to wait for a couple of days to know for sure what location would be renting the vehicle. This is not reassuring for the customer.

Uhaul didn't inform me the pickup location until I visited the local prefer pickup, the store manager told me to call uhaul to confirm it. The pickup process will terrible, I have pick up a truck and trailer at 2 different locations with 15 miles apart. After I return the truck, they charge me a cleaning fee, ithe truck was the same condition when I pick up. Extremely inconvenient

Customer Experience at this location was (and always has been) excellent. The only reason I put "No" on the question for clean and well maintained, this truck was a bit older with just under 150,000 miles. On the drive home from Prestige, the passenger side mirror kept moving from the wind and I couldn't see the lane next to me. When I got home, quick tighten of a screw and it was good to go. (Probably not preferred for customers to do this, but figured you wouldn't mind since it is vitally important to use the mirror to change lanes. Many chips in the front windshield and one ran halfway across it. The drivers and passenger doors had wind leaks when driving, I think the seals were rotten/gone/damaged. Mechanically, it was a solid vehicle and those things I mentioned are to be expected, so no worries there. I would like to mention that I rented the vehicle for a Friday - Sunday to move my daughter to college. We got back early and I returned it on Saturday morning. I was still charged for the whole rental even though I returned it on Saturday morning. Is there a feature in place where if that vehicle was rented by someone else for Saturday and Sunday that I would be reimbursed? Since the only reason it was available is because I returned it early? How great would it have been to receive an email from Uhaul with a refund because I returned it early and it was re-rented. Wishful thinking on my part? Just a thought and thank you for taking the time to read. Prestige is awesome and I will be a returning customer. Cheers everyone, have a good week.

The particular truck I rented was older with over 140,000 miles. It was pretty beat up but serviceable for what I needed. I had trouble getting the doors to close and when you opened the roll up door, if you held on to the handle or strap it felt like it was going to jerk your arm off. Definitely a potential injury source. The truck also had a crack in the sheet metal between the door handle and window on the passenger side that has a metal burr that cut my finger shutting the door. I did inform the location of that when I returned. The only other issue was that when I received my final bill they had charged me an additional $1.00 environmental fee. They had already collected a $1.00 environmental fee on the initial reservation charge. There was no explanation for the additional fee and I would like that refunded. The original fee was included on the first invoice. There is an explanation of why the fee is charged and how it is used but no explanation of how the fee was calculated.

When I made it here no one could take off my auto transporter. I had to do it myself. Which had me late for the movers and storage. Then I brought the truck back Saturday and it wasn't checked in until Monday. They read the mileage gauge wrong. I left it a little under half. When I got the email and so what they marked for it. I was very upset. Especially because I have used this service faithful for the last 35 years. For every thing. This is the first time this has happen. I couldn't even get the roadside assistance to come out. I'm very disappointed with all the money I paid and I still had to pay extra

I would recommend but it would be great if the return process was faster. I brought back after hours while I had someone to pick me up. It was dark and unfamiliar area. It should be quicker if your in the system I think a picture of gas and mileage and outside. All should be in system and saved for future business within time frame of course. Gracias

I booked a dolly with the truck, and when I went to pick up the truck there was no dolly available. And I arranged the dolly myself from another location, which wasted more time. So what I felt was, if something is not available please mention it, so that we can make alternate arrangements, instead of last-minute searching running around and wasting time.

The truck we were rented was dirty and had trash in it from the previous renter. We were told by the person who checked us out that for everything that we needed (truck or small van and a car trailer) we would be looking at $79 and some change. That was not true. I was only able to get the 10 foot van that is advertised for $19.95 a day for $79. I was not able to get the car trailer because the guy at the other location I had to go to get it said I had to pay a $75 cash deposit plus a fuel charge and the $59 and some change for the actual rental. Needless to say I was unable to move my truck and wasted money I did not have from the move for a van rental that I just needed to transport my truck. I feel I was lied to and not properly guided nor was anything explained to me about any of this. Very poor customer service. This was my first and last time ever doing business with U-Haul.
