The first car hauler trailer that I hooked up had a completely bald tire, foe a 2000 mile trip. A second car hauler trailer was hooked up and the turn signals and break lights did not work. There was no one at the facility on a Saturday to fix the problem. The lady operating the facility did not know how to fix the problem. She told me which fuse to buy to fix the problem as they did not have a fuse in stock. During the entire trip I purchased three (3) fuses and as soon as they were installed they blew. The steering wheel was 20 degrees off of center. A terrible vibration at 54 mph - would not go away until 64 mph. The front wheel was out of balance. The speed limit in California was 55 mph pulling a car carrier, so you can figure out how miserable the drive was! The right hand passenger door squeak at 55 mph the entire 2,000 mile trip and the problem is inside the door. This is the second rental I did this year and next time I need to rent a vehicle I will check into Penske. Please get with me regarding how and when you will be getting all these problems fixed.

I was charged $30.00 more than it should have been, I returned the truck in clean condition and the fuel was exacily where it was when I picked it up, I have pictures of the dash when I picked it up and when I turned it in.

It's was a nightmare using U Haul. I had to contact several locations and I was told different things each time. I made a reservation for a uhaul 12 miles away from my town. That location was closed on Sunday when I needed the Uhaul. They said I could get it Saturday and bring it back before Monday at 11a.m. and they wouldn't charge me extra. Turns out they didn't have a uhaul. A Uhaul representative called me later and told me the nearest truck was in a different county in a town called Ash Flat. I was suppose to pay a 50$ flat rate and have 85 free miles. When I got up there they charged me 78 bucks and when I returned the truck at 5:41 pm on Sunday September 1st I was hit with another 61 dollars in fees. So uhaul hit a nice lick on me. Thank you for the lesson learned. The people that work with uhaul will tell you any lie necessary to get you to pick up the truck and then charge you more than double the agreed upon price for the service. I will never recommend uhaul even if Penske costs more. At least the competitors are honest. I don't care if get my money back but if there is anyone working for Uhaul that actually cares about the company then they will work to keep this from happening again. I talked to 3 different people within uhaul and it seems that none of them communicate. Or its just blatant dishonesty and shadiness.

Get a better employee this lady was the worst she could not figure how to do anything she even told me to make sure I replaced gas in a trailer I was like it's a trailer it doesn't take gas. She said oh I am stupid I was wondering my self if she was. Then I had to call corporate to get a trailer then I said which one is mine she said the dirty one I was like so tired of this

I paid to use a defective car dolly. When I got to my designation to put the car on the dolly, I discovered one of the wheel straps had been cut. This should have been addressed during an inspection before it was rented back out. I was not offered any kind of compensation or adjustment to the cost. I was able to "make it work" but it was not a proper or safe journey.

living in a rural area cell service is limited. asking for information using cell phones can be hard to do.

woman at desk, Lavonna, was hopeless!!! Avoid this location.Many errors on contract that had to fixed on other end.

Very happy with equipment and availability but the price quote was less than half what I was charged. I expect someone gorgorvyo tell me the mileage vhsrhw was above and beyond the daily rate. And van was not tall enough to stand up my refrigerator and it had to be laid flat in its back but i let it sit 36 hours to drain Freon ack into compressor and it is fine. I should have rented the small trailer that is open on top and had solid sides. Live and learn. I will ask for written quote next time. But LaVonne was very knowledgeable about equipment and got me going real quick. Please give her a hug for me
