Due to the convenient location and the pleasant employee, I would recommend this location, however, The truck was not in the best condition as the wiper blades were broken… Fortunately, it was a sunny day so I didn’t have to use them.

This location is conveniently located, easy in and out, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Going to them directly to make vehicle arrangements is what I found best; they know what’s on their lot and schedule.

Your reservations had me picking up in Auburn Wa- This was unacceptable as I requested Poulsbo Wa. Also you never contacted me that the reservation was complete. Note the people at 7th Ave NE in Poulsbo were kind enough to fix the mess-up.

Get this guy a better computer or wifi connection, He connacts to U-haul through a laptop but it takes several tries for him to get to th u-haul interface. In any case he was fast and friendly and deserves a better support kiosk.

Gas station/convenience store location is not ideal location as the process is interrupted by store patrons. The owner was pleasant. The truck was dirty, covered with insects, the inside and outside windshield should have been at least cleaned.

I really appreciate how well maintained and clean the UHAUL here are all kept! There was no issue what so ever!! And I love that UHAULs have a meter in the truck to help you get the best gas mileage as possible!!

We rented a truck and a car hauler. The hauler was not returned on time so we were sent to another location. For some reason, when this happened we paid for them separately, this ended up costing us about 200.00 extra. I called, was told I would get a refund within 5-7 days, and didn't. Now I am spending way too much time trying to get this refund. Very uncomfortable with this part of the transaction.

Informed me that as this agency would no longer be renting trailers that I would need to drop the rental at a distant location. This was a U-Haul decision no the local agency. Not very customer service oriented.

The truck was clean. The maintenance on these trucks engines though is atrocious. I do not believe that is the fault of the uhaul location I rented from; they were a gas station.

I requested pick up & paid in full online at a UHaul & storage facility I used in my last move. I was then notified to pick up instead at a local gas station/convenience store. The attendant was VERY nice, and I must stress, doing their best, but as the ONLY person on site, continually stopped assisting us to ring up other customers. The whole process that was supposed to “save” time took almost 30 min. A bit nerve racking when we had volunteers waiting at our house to load the truck.

I returned the truck with about 8 gallons of fuel more than when I checked it out. I requested fuel credit and owner (i assume) said he cannot do anything about it. Not a way to retain customer/s - bad for business. If i returned the truck with less fuel, I would have been charged for the fuel, therefore a fuel credit for returning truck with more fuel is reasonable. I did like the fact that there was no wait at check out/in - really quick! Thank you!

The price was way more than quoted for a cross town pick up and drop off. When we returned- we were told to fill up the truck- it had 7/8 tank when we picked up. We will never use Uhaul again.

The attendant was very nice and wanted to be helpful, but he was not trained in connecting the auto transport to the truck. He was also not fully trained in the Uhaul software in order to properly check out the truck and put down the correct drop off location that I had pre-arranged with the online reservation number. Uhaul seems to be very disorganized when it comes to the reservation staff and the location staff. The truck was very nice, had good power and ran well. However getting different text messages about changing return locations and ending up returning the truck and transport to a location 10 miles away from my storage was frustrating. Suggestions: Find a way for the reservation agents to put all of the information promised on the online portal and then also make sure the local offices are as promised. Having no idea where your pickup or drop off will be is exceedingly annoying and makes the whole experience feel uncertain. I was also NOT told that I would have to buy a Uhaul padlock for the storage I rented. That was an unpleasant and somewhat expensive surprise at the end of a 1700 mile trip! Nothing of this was on my online portal or information there. The operator that did the reservation did not mention this either.

Reserved a 26 foot truck and paid for it online. Upon arrival no 26 foot was available, so forced to take 20 foot truck. Reserved a utility dolly, appliance dolly and furniture dolly and pads. Utility dolly, appliance dolly and furniture were not available and only a few pads available. Delayed about four hours because of U-Haul's terrible service.

Took 45 min to get help then wanted me to park and unhook trailer one man operation ..After he finally helped with unhooking the trailer rolled across the parking lot and wanted me to help push it up hill into another space that's when I left . The original quote from the Washington store was about 300.00 less than end total. not a good experience ..

The lights on the auto trailer weren't working, so I had to wait for the regional manager to come by with a new fuse. It would've been nice for these sorts of things to be checked ahead of time. That said, my reservation was VERY last minute (my original rental location turned out to be closed, so the Chevron location found out I was coming just a few minutes before I showed up!), and Mandeep (at the Chevron) and Mark (the manager) were both nice and helpful. Also: Gloria at the call center was great. I'd made a reservation at the North Kitsap Self Storage UHaul location but when I arrived they were closed for Labor Day! I called UHaul and Gloria found me another location nearby (I was on my bike) with the equipment I needed and called to make sure they were open.

I made a reservation at my local Bainbridge Island, WA Uhaul Rep. The truck I requested was not available, so they directed me to Poulsbo to pick up my rental. I even checked in, the night before and paid for the rental. They had no idea I was coming and seemed irritated. It was a terrible experience. I also had to return the vehicle to another dropoff, which I did not want to use.

It’s difficult to rate this location as a stand alone Uhaul, as it is a place just to pick up a truck or trailer. This location is not equipped with packing items or other amenities, it’s a gas station. However, the customer service was good, the one person who was familiar with how to operate both the rental equipment and process was out ill for the day which made it a slight challenge. The staff at the gas station did all they could to assist me, which at the end, worked out fine.

The people where really rude, and tried to charge us an extra $25-40 on services that where not needed. We only used the truck for 4 hours it smelled like seafood and was not clean! I will never ever rent again! Totally unacceptable.
