The location is a little hard to find due the the trucks being behind the property. Also, the owner expected me to hitch and drop the trailer. I rent a lot of these trailers and was never expected to hitch or drop them.

It was unclear what to do or where to go with the return until you parked and entered the business to ask. It is clear that UHaul is just one purpose of this business, and not the main one - - which is obvious by its name, and lends some explanation to the randomness of its organization. And it is necessary for the customer to wait to talk with personnel who must attend to other NON-UHaul customers. Once available, the transaction went smoothly, to the credit of the personnel, since the evolving reservation information did not match the final size truck that was being returned.

this was the 4th location I was directed to within the span of 6 hours. I was told the location was closing within an hour of the time i was notified of my pic up location, I was 40 miles away. My pick up time was changed from 2:00PM to 1:30PM without my approval

We had to us some extra mileage than they gave us due to a location that was close to us NOT being able to receive our truck drop off we were directed to a place 30 minutes away which made us exCeed the mileage and we were charged 27$ for something that was out of our control, I feel that was unfair to charge us. When we went above and beyond to return the very next day after use from an out of state move and everything was not in very close locations.

Obtaining the rental was easy but trying to close the account through the phone app was ridiculous! Even though I entered the correct info I was not able to close the account. Tried calling and held for almost an hour before I decided to hang up. I was charged 20 dollars for not properly closing the account. Need better customer service!

Dropped trailer in a spot waiting over 10 minutes for return rep to come to parking lot. Then was told we had to move the trailer over three spots. No help with the relocation and had to hook all up again to move. Attendant was not helpful at all and very abrupt with communicating to the customer. Because of the raw attitude will never us this location again for a pickup or drop off when renting again.

I returned my trailer after hours. While using the website to check my trailer back in I couldn't get it to function correctly. The site wouldn't allow me to say that the equipment was clean to use again. In order to complete check in I had to say it wasn't clean. I was then charged 15 dollars for cleaning when the equipment was totally clean

Everything was great!! Except I'm not sure it just android phone but when I tried to take picture during the pick up procedure it would not let me with an android! worked best on IPhone but then again I might a have had my pop ad blocker enabled so disable it to complete.

I attempted to schedule a one way trip but when I picked up the equipment I was told I had to return it to the same location or face a fee. I even called in to the office to see if it could be fixed and they couldn't do anything about it. Also, I did not order a dolly or moving blankets, however there were some strapped to the side of the cargo bay (I assume in case I wanted to purchase them later). These were in an extremely inconvenient spot and took up room and made it harder to move stuff in, but we couldn't move the dolly because then we would have to pay for it. Bad design

The units of rental need to have better regular maintenance as our trailer on the second day had one of the u-bolts snap and it lost two leaf springs insecuring the rear axle, causing the tire to hit the fender and blowing out the tire. We had to have a trailer change out and a cargo load transfer. We lost a daddy and a half of travel. The Roadside Assistance however did a great job of coordinating all the details of a trailer swap, transload by movers and putting us up with a hotel room.

Please improve online checkin/checkout process and your app. Both have terrible flaws. Check in time offers zero tolerance for set pickup time and I had errors and couldn't complete the mobile return and had to walk in to do my return in person.

Large assortment of vehicles and trucks available. Will definitely come here to rent trailers in the future. However, the drop off procedure for trailer was difficult. Would recommending reassessing how the back lot is organized and figuring out an easier system for dropping off equipment.

We picked up the truck after hours. We had a lot of trouble with the app. It would not recognize the location of my phone so we had to confirm our identity through another party. It was a long frustrating procedure. It took over an hour to work it out and get the truck. Have others complained about the app not recognizing their location?

This location is very difficult to find and also required the UHAUL app which did not work and it required me to call twice. Overall this rental cost me several HOURS of wait time on hold because of the app issues, driving around looking for the location. This was a horrible experience

Just frustrated with Uhaul's entire process. I received a credit because the truck wasn't where it was ordered to be. The delivery station claimed that I had to return the truck with more gas than what I was given and the credit due was for me to use to fill up the gas. So in essence U-Haul requested me to fill up the truck for them. Not only had I have to drive 20+ out of my way to pick up the truck but I had to fill it it up for you too.
