Worst experience ever. I'll never ever rent from uhaul again. The clerk who rents out the vehicles had the worst attitude I've ever seen. After he messed up the setup for me to get the vehicle at 8 am he then told me at 8 that he had to clean vehicles so I waited for 20 min. I told him people were waiting on me he said I will clean the vehicles and then I will help you. I told him to cancel the whole rental he said okay. I would fire this guy in a heartbeat if this was my company. It's uhaul on Randall road near hobby lobby and firestone. Avoid them at all costs.JOHN C.

Inspect and repair vehicles as needed. The passenger side mirror would not adjust. I couldn't see anything on that side of the truck. The driver seat was also broken and uneven, making it very uncomfortable and unsafe.James G.

I would recommend this location because of the ease for returning a truck. The personnel/individual is very helpful. (This is our 2nd time returning a truck to this location.) The actual store is in a state of disarray.David S.
I was not able to have the gas tank filled up and he wanted me to go fill it and come back. It is a corporate account and he can just charge the card but he wanted to argue with me. Ridiculous I told my corporate to never use this place again!ROBERT S.
The owner or manager there had me attach the trailer on my own. I get the trailer often and employees has always done it for liability issues. This trailer doc portion fell into place when the car took off. I felt unsafe when I picked up trailer. Then manager calls me to make sure it clipped. Never again will I go there. HorribleEdgar C.

Keep communication clear, and do not mischarge them for your mistakes. My dropoff location was set online, established in person, and still I received a call stating I had none and assigning me a different location nearly an hour away from where I had actually requested. I have communicated throughout, but still been charged for incorrect dropoff and not been refunded for that charge despite a phone call and two emails since it happened weeks ago.Kaylie C.

the check out process was very difficult for me. Im not very tech savvy as alot of people my age are not. I never got it to work. a friend called uhaul and explained so i was not charged the 20 dollars. i was also told it could have been my phone. At any rate you should find something easier. BTW even at check in the guy at the store couldnt get my phone to take picture of my license. Had to use his phone. my phone is android. maybe something to do with it.MICHAEL T.

It was unclear what to do or where to go with the return until you parked and entered the business to ask. It is clear that UHaul is just one purpose of this business, and not the main one - - which is obvious by its name, and lends some explanation to the randomness of its organization. And it is necessary for the customer to wait to talk with personnel who must attend to other NON-UHaul customers. Once available, the transaction went smoothly, to the credit of the personnel, since the evolving reservation information did not match the final size truck that was being returned.David S.

this was the 4th location I was directed to within the span of 6 hours. I was told the location was closing within an hour of the time i was notified of my pic up location, I was 40 miles away. My pick up time was changed from 2:00PM to 1:30PM without my approvalMatthew C.

We had to us some extra mileage than they gave us due to a location that was close to us NOT being able to receive our truck drop off we were directed to a place 30 minutes away which made us exCeed the mileage and we were charged 27$ for something that was out of our control, I feel that was unfair to charge us. When we went above and beyond to return the very next day after use from an out of state move and everything was not in very close locations.DEBBIE B.

Obtaining the rental was easy but trying to close the account through the phone app was ridiculous! Even though I entered the correct info I was not able to close the account. Tried calling and held for almost an hour before I decided to hang up. I was charged 20 dollars for not properly closing the account. Need better customer service!RosaE C.

Dropped trailer in a spot waiting over 10 minutes for return rep to come to parking lot. Then was told we had to move the trailer over three spots. No help with the relocation and had to hook all up again to move. Attendant was not helpful at all and very abrupt with communicating to the customer. Because of the raw attitude will never us this location again for a pickup or drop off when renting again.Jeff S.

I returned my trailer after hours. While using the website to check my trailer back in I couldn't get it to function correctly. The site wouldn't allow me to say that the equipment was clean to use again. In order to complete check in I had to say it wasn't clean.
