I found the key drop off by the grace of God alone who the hell puts a tiny orange key box in the small alley behind their building that no one drives past. Also the instructions said it would be at the entrance not in the alley where Batmans parents were killed..ROBERTO M.

The truck was dirty. They didn't have the furniture blankets we requested when we ordered. The kid gave us the wrong code and we had to stand in line again for him to come out and figure out he didn't give us the right code. The truck also made a tapping sound that bothered me. I took it to another location (a real uhaul dealer) for them to listen to. It would have been a major deal to try to find another truck so I could turn it in. I ended up using the original dirty tapping truck and made it to my destination.MARY S.

Postal Xpress ripped us off on return of the truck. I keep calling U-haul about this issue but just sit on hold. I rent from U-Haul all the time. Look at my passed rentals. Never have we ever been charged this much. Not happy at all. Probably going to fire U-Haul and go back to Enterprise.TIMOTHY A.

Everything was great but at the end wen I returned it I didn't check the gas wen I got it that was half a tank and the computer said full tank so they charmed $45 more.. not cool..I should of Chechk before leavingHenry C.

The location conducts a very unsafe work environment when it comes to protecting customer personal information. I asked the woman to please turn the screen away from all of the other customers when typing in my credit info as well as full name and address. She refused. This was after I was asked to provide assurant references which was insulting. With an 800+ credit score handing over an ID and platinum amex I was treated like a convict to rent a van. The woman working with me did not know the system. She gave me the wrong truck. When lock didn't work, she had to call for instructions to switch. I didn't select this location for pick up but was forced here despite my chosen location having the truck I wanted in their lot the whole weekend (I live around the corner from it and moved much of our furniture from our storage room at the preferred location). Also, the combination lock on the truck did not function well. It needed oil or something. My son injured his thumb trying to get it to work. Finally, they did not have the dolly I had requested and wanted. I had to used one that did not work best for what we were moving. And you mislead with your posted pricing. I spent $160 for and in-town, one day move. Ridiculous! We'll go elsewhere from now on.Sally R.

I called on my cell phone to find nearest U-haul truck. They found one at the poastal xpress 2 for me. When I arrived the person inside said it was all online and told me to follow instructions. This was new to me. There were no stickers on truck to help me get thru process. It took over an hr to get set up and I had to call uhual multiple times because mobile app would not work. I finally got all set up thru website thru internet explorer. The setup process is ridiculous. I understand the concept but all I originally wanted was to walk in pay and get some keys. Not take over an hour and get all angry over the mobile app process. Overall uhual truck and rates are great but the app is terrible. The poastal Xpress 2 location was no help at all and needs a poster hung up outside to verify it's a uhual location and with a basic how too instructional poster. Not to tell someone that it's thru an app that didn't work and I had to call someone anyways to setup. Initial setup from a new customer needs more care or instructions. I would not recommend this service thru an app to anyone else. Very frustrating but I do like the concept. Needs improvementandrew L.

The service was excellent and the vehicle was clean. However the vehicle maintenance left something to be desired. The steering was very loose and out of alignement. Had to fight it the whole three-hundred and fifty miles plus. Was totally worn out at the end of it.Edward E. P.

Have staff who know how to handle Uhaul rentals or who at least take responsibility for figuring things out. Have the equipment contracted for available at the time of pickup i.e. blankets and mattress covers. Be prepared to rent the vehicle at the contracted time.Gabriel G.
