The only issue I had was the app was not working for this drop off. When I selected the option to begin the return process it kept sending me back to home screen of the app. Luckily customer service was able to help. But again the app failed here. The location was fine. And the person I spoke to the next morning was very friendly and helpful.

I'm sorry I was 8 minutes late after 6:00 and I apologize I left more gas in it than had in it before so hopefully they remember that and be out to get the leftover money I don't know how many miles I use but I know that it wasn't that much and I don't know how to leave you a message so thank you Kevin if you get this it's Nick take care bub let me know at 618-614-8667

I was charged 3 times, my first reservation was somehow cancelled had to to the process again, then took 30 min to check in and I already did a pre check in then he had problems with my card seen I was charged 3 times on my banking app 2 better fall off, but they did have the truck I wanted at that location so I was happy about it price was also reasonable

The truck i used rode like a log wagon going down a highway of speedbumps loaded to the max or with nothing in it. It was a newish truck but it rattled the hell outta my brain to the point i was nauseous. Glad i wasnt on the road anymore than i had to be

The equipment was clean. However the enclosed trailer leaked damaging my mattress. The uhaul computer system is not user friendly and caused longer than needed time spent completing the pickup process.

No one helped hook it up, but luckily I knew how. One of the tires was flat as well so I had to disconnect and go back inside to get another one assigned. The guy helping was super nice though!

This location never has a cargo van. The placement of a cargo van here would be very handy for my business as I use one quite frequently.
