Service was terrible. 1 of my reservations was cancelled after I talked to an agent on the phone saying I needed both trailers. Took 2 hours to pick up trailers because lady had no idea what she was doing. I rented a ball mount and twin mattress cover and was told to go buy one because they did not carry any when I already paid for them. Lady did not know how to hook up trailers and I had to do everything myself. Lady was cussing and didn’t care about my time. Worst experience and I will not be back.

I rented an auto tow hitch to travel to another state and they charged me for 5 days up front as a standard to allow extra days for traveling, but they said I will get a refund when I turn it in earlier. They even showed me the daily fees that seemed reasonable, so I went with it because I knew I would turn it in after only 2 days of use and get a refund as promised. To my surprise upon returning the equipment, I was told that I cannot get a refund. This is so upsetting and I was misled. I will never rent from this company or recommend them to anyone and I will report them to the BBB. I also called the location when I rented it at and explained my experience when dropping the equipment off to the other location. They said sorry we cannot help you and then gave me another number to call so that someone else can explain why I can’t get a refund, even though I was promised one. This is very wrong and unjust.

I had prepaid my order online and she didnt know what to do, I also prepaid for 2 appliance Dolly’s and she stated they did not have any and to tell the drop off location and they would refund me

Had issues returning, no drop box, site closes at 4 not open Sunday, billing was not according to actual return date, call 800 to find out what to do drove to Rojas per instructions, to be told oops sorry you have to go back to the postal location, that was closed and no drop box. The billed for more miles and days!!!! I usually rent 2 to 3 times a month....not acceptable service especially for a repeat customer

The lady at this location did not understand the situation we were in, she gave wrong price info for trip needed. We were needing a 5x9 trailer to bring one bedroom set from El Paso texas to Forsyth Montana. She gave a price of $74.00 and we gave credit card info and all, was given a 6x12 trailer and sent on our way, come to find out the return to Montana Uhaul was a total of $356.72. We rented a truck from this location before and didnt have any problems, but this time it was $300 mistake....huge disappointment when you are on a budget.

The truck had a flat,not noticed until we loaded up. Better maintenance. I usually rent once to sometimes 5 times or more per month, a regular customer discount would be nice.

The lady was rude and disrespectful. She never show me what I was paying for, like the price of the insurance or mileage for that day, she just gave me the total price and I think it was a little expensive. The Gas tank was in 3/8 and she wrote half tank. I said to her I’m going to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager.

The sales representative/Employee was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely professional and knows her job well. She was very friendly and helped me alot. Excellent customer service!

The drop off location in horizon city TX. The young lady made us wait , she put us aside to help 3 other customers who were behind us, only to tell us that to move the truck behind the building and she even read the fuel level wrong, and charged me 6.80. I questioned her and she said it's her call, and what she sees it's what goes which is totally unprofessional, I am very disappointed in this location , postal works in horizon city. I doubt I will be renting uhaul again.

The manager/owner of the lock up and drop off location is not at all knowledgeable of anything. The pick up process took over an hour because the owner failed to do preinspection for the customer. Will never go there again.

We went to this Uhaul place because the first location we made our reservation at: Sundance Feed N Need on Alameda was just an abandoned building with chained doors and Uhauls out front. When we spoke with the Uhaul customer service people they told us that we were supposed to download their app and get a code. But nowhere was this information given to us (no info about this on the website or our reservation confirmation page). They said this was standard policy for after-hours pickups (it was 11am). So the customer service rep gave us a new reservation at Kenazo Dr. location. He had us walking around looking for a lockbox until he found out that pickup happened at Postal Express. Once there it took us another 40 minutes to get the computers to work and rent out the Uhaul. The people at Postal Express were very helpful and the truck was clean. We got upgraded to a larger truck at no cost by the Uhaul customer service rep. So all in all, it took us an hour and 20 minutes to rent our Uhaul which put us behind since we had a small time window to move. The silver lining was the people who tried to help us sort the situation. I hope that this review helps Uhaul post their policies more clearly and let people know ahead of time if they need to do anything additional like download the app and get a code.
