Victor J.The car is pretty new, very good location for me. There was bad smell. Previous user moved something smelled and dogs. Car was cleaned but smell was still there. The staffs are kind. I will come back again.

Walter B.Pick up needs to be streamlined. I chose mobile check in, yet still had to go to the counter to pick up my keys. It took an hour to get the keys because the location (Postal Annex) has one line for all its customers. There were others in line waiting to return packages. The pick up itself was easy. I suggest having a lockbox inside the store.

Kristina K.When I went to pick up the truck I was told the truck was not available. I don't understand why it was available when I placed the order. The staff named Ken was very unfriendly. I had no choice but agreed to switch to a van. Then I was asked to wait for another staff to be served. It took me wait for almost one hour to get the van. Not recommend people to go to this shop. Vet poor service.

thomas H.I feel that the cost of mileage may be a little much and maybe you should have breaks at different levels. Example lets say you charge $1.39 a mile if they go less than 50 miles from lets say 51 to 99 its $1.25 and 100 and up its a $1.00 a mile. Thanks Mel

DATONG P.It was never communicated to me that I only had a limited numbers of miles to use before I get charged .40 a mile. I was only told to have the trucked returned by Saturday. I used the truck for several trips back & forth from San Jose to Roseville. I had to use a smaller truck because earlier in the week I reserved a larger truck online but Uhaul didn't actually have a truck for me. Now I'm stuck with a smaller truck & I have to make multiple trips - thus exceeding this imaginary miles limit that know tells me about. Then just to add insult to injury I get charged an extra $138 dollars for goining over the miles allotted to me that no one tells me about. I was just about to rent another big truck from you & spend another 400+ dollars to keep moving the rest of my house this weekend. That will not happen now because of how poorly this has been handled. You manage to squeeze an extra $138 out of me & in the process lost my business forever. Not sure that was a good deal for you. I'm not happy with this transaction & I hope someone can contact me & make this right. If you are really looking to improve your customer service than I will be waiting to hear from you.
