I wasn't aware that I was dropping the rental truck off at a Postal Annex and so I had challenges finding the location. But after I called the location I was given clear direction and found the location easily after.

Would be helpful if store had had a sign in the front to let some know. App only indicates "put keys in drop box/slot." Eventually had help via online support.

Albert HThe roof was previously damaged and the repair was adequate. There is a big wrinkle in the roof that at highway speeds would rattle from the wind. Mile after mile of continuous rattling. It first made me think it was my stuff shifting but it was not. It was the roof. Lucky for me I saw the roof before I took the vehicle and documented the damage because there happened to be a high vantage point I could look down upon the truck where I was picking it up. Other than the roof the truck preformed flawlessly. It did what I needed it to do with no other issues. I give it 9 out of 10 stars. Thank you :-)

George FI've discussed this issue w/the facility. There was a HOLE in the gas line, that looked to have been "fixed" many time, that caused me to waste fuel, money, and caused gas spill all over my shoes and concrete when I attempted to replenish the tank. I was offered NO discount. This could have proved disastrous if a flame was present. I spoke w/the facility and they advised they "fixed" the gas line several times due to fuel thefts. Still NO discount. I like the facility and ppl, but I won't rent from them again and will tell my friends.

Lou WCan was given to me on empty and asked to bring it back with a quarter tank. Gas prices locally makes this a poor financial decision with no real benefit. I spent $70 using a car to go 34 miles. Approximately 3 gallons used.

Alejandra MEven when there is already a confirmation, there's a chance that u-haul can still cancel your reservation. It happened to me, when I made reservation last July 1st, the day before I scheduled to pick up the truck, I was told that there is no more truck available.

Salomon PPost signs on where to leave the truck. Nowhere does it say that the drop box is on the back of the building near a Raley's loading dock. I was also charged for gas and a cleaning fee when I filled it just as much as I got it and it was dirty when I got the truck. Why should I have to clean someone else mess?

Waldo Gfirst time that i have ever got charged for not enough gas or being dirty. i blame myself because it was dirty inside the driver and passanger area when i got it. I saw it. I noticed it. I didnt get out and go back inside to report it because i assumed they knew the condition. Trust me i would have cleaned it if i would have known i would of got charged for it. i have rented from uhaul many many times and i know better but i just brought it back in the condition it was in. as for gas why would i not put enough back in and get charged double than if i put it in. you can tell by the mileage i wasn't driving around so the 35 i put in should have been suffice as it was on the same 3/8 line it was when i picked it up. so definitely this experience was the worst ever. i have rented too many times too not turn in correctly this time. i will never ever pick up or drop off without an inspection again. if i rent again .
andrea pI made a reservation for a 15 ft truck with a ramp one week in advance. I hired people to help me with my move (4 bedroom house). I called yesterday and they confirmed the truck would be ready at 10 am. When I went to pick it up today, they only had a 10 ft truck with no ramp available. When I told the owner this was not what I reserved, he started yelling at me, saying that it was my choice is take what he has or that should go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and how much more difficult this made moving day for my family.

Yuanfei HEverything was great. The truck was ready when we got there. I've been to this Postal Annex location many times and the people are prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
LINDA RThe owner or manager of that location failed to inform me that he was unable to remove a charge from my total rental amount. THEN he failed to tell me that he had to charge me twice!! I was charged for the amount that included an item I needed to be removed and the amount without the item. So my bank account (debit card) has to be refunded the incorrect amount. I'm the meantime, I will be overdrawn because of automatic bill payments I set up. And the WORST part is I didn't find out about a refund until I called and remained on hold for over 20 minutes! The call center customer service representative had to explain I was being refunded, she also had to send my email confirmations of the refund because the store owner FAILED to INFORM ME!! Worst customer experience ever!!!
