The young man who checked us out was GREAT!
Larry BAnts everywhere. We cleaned everything trying to get rid of them, we thought they were gone but they reappeared while I was driving and then we found them scouring our boxes. Luckily, we had no food. It looks like soda is spilled in the cup holders and other places but I never saw ants there

John FYou played an unprofessional game of bait and switch. I ordered a 15' truck to rent from your app. 1. The app never registered my order. Was on hold with customer service for over an hour before I received assistance. 2. In the end I had to settle for a smaller, 10ft, truck which cost me more in the end through multiple hauls, higher labor costs, and extra gas.

Cindy MFirst off, the 24/7 share app says it takes a few minutes. App wasn't working so it took me a rep chat, and an hour to get access to the truck. Secondly, the truck was not cleaned whatsoever, crumbs and sand in the cab. Steering wheel was sticky and gross. The cargo are once I was able to get the door open after 20 minutes was filthy and sticky. The door was actually stuck shut with whatever was on the floor. It took 20 minutes and 2 guys to eventually get it unstuck. I will not be using that location ever again. It's obvious that they don't care about anything but the money. I'm very disappointed and highly annoyed. There will be google and yelp reviews to follow. Absolutely a disgrace!!!!!
DONALD LWindshield wipers are terrible and in the rain it was dangerous to drive. The windshield should be replaced as well. It's very old. It was not very clean inside. Not terrible but it should feel clean. My bill is way too high for $20 a day. I feel cheated out on it.

Laura CLots of hiccups at this location. Couldn't utilize the 24/7 check in option which set our move back. Then, we were left with less than 1/4 tank of gas; this was NOT what we were told, so we had to get gas. Another unexpected/expensive set back. Basically everything about this was terrible. We don't have another choice other than U-Haul for moving so this sucks.

LARRY WI was overcharged for the rental and charged a cleaning fee without knowledge. The same truck was literally 50% cheaper at a facility down the street.
Aaryn HI signed up online the night before to expedite the pickup process. Instead, as a result of: 1) Slow software, 2) Poorly functioning photo-capture of drivers license, 3) Non-functional printer, the pickup process was painfully slow & inefficient. The CDW charge fraudulently added.

Mohammad RI feel after paying Uhaul over $200 for using the truck for 6 hours and refilling the gas it should have been clean! Checking it in after hours plus after moving was awful as well. I am so confused why I paid more than $200? I do not think I will ever choose Uhaul, again.

Eric SThe vehicle was fine on the outside. But inside the driver and passenger door, there was a ant infestation in between the door hinges. Making the experience very uncomfortable. Also, there was no fuel in the tank of the vehicle. Therefore, it led to fuel the vehicle more than I should've.
Eric SThe U haul truck that I rented originally had fuel theft in there and the tanks were empty. I found out that thieves had drilled holes under the vehicle and this costed me 5 gallon of fuel at the gas station which I am still awaiting a refund of! I think security needs to be improved at this location to prevent fuel theft and every time the tank is empty there should be alarm bells going in everyone's heads to think there's a fuel leak somewhere.
Dheeraj CI am not sure why but all the female representatives I spoke with on the phone were very rude. Male workers s were fine. I just don't see why people who can't talk nicely to customers are doing customer service job. I wasn't rude or anything like that at all so there is something g really wrong with how Uhaul hire and train customer service people.

PHILIP NThe cargo bed had gum stuck to the floor but it was only one spot and it didn't effect our use of it. Fast pick-up and drop-off. Attendants were informative and helpful. Location has no nearby gas stations so make sure to fill up on the way back to drop-off.
Andrew LThe girls in the office were lazy. Asked me to move Truck further away and then asked me after I had walked from the truck for the pic of the mileage and the gas. Didn't even come out. When you rent at an actual uhaul facility the workers do that as it's part of their employment

Martin LOnline check in took about 20 minutes, but my rental time period started the moment I started the check in process. So I got 20 less minutes than I paid for.

CATHY FPA staff were friendly and helpful. Renting was fast and easy. Loved the 10' truck, real fun to drive! Just remember to take a photo of the odometer when you pick up/drop off and do a walk around to check for any existing damage. Not that I had any concerns with renting from this location, but just a general renting tip.

Joe BSince the facility was closed being on a Sunday when I picked up my rental I had to use the online check-in. I spent over an hour just trying to pick up my rental. The tech support was quite helpful and I can not fault her for the problem I experienced. It was mainly a software issue. Their software will not work efficiently with my Samsung phone. I had to switch to my wife's iPhone to complete my transaction. In the meantime my time allowance (4 hours) was being depleted while I was trying to complete my pick-up.
Virgilio GFirst huge note: When we received our TEXT and EMAIL of where the "newly scheduled drop-off location" was, it NEVER said it was Postal Annex. It ONLY said the address. I would strongly suggest listing that it's a Postal Annex drop off!!! We drove around on a Sunday where everything was closed and were completely confused. Secondly, The process of taking a photo of the "current condition of the truck" was a shit show. It NEVER uploaded to your site as your site kept crashing. I would suggest improving that. It was super frustrating.

Alan DCorporate rules could be more people friendly. Advertising 20 bucks a day in monster big letters and then have tiny print below that says "plus mileage" is close to a scam. FULL DISCLOSURE on your billboard trucks! A dollar a mile is almost rape.
John HThe lady working at the counter told me that it had a fourth of a tank of gas in it and to bring it back with 1/4 tank. Well, it had below 1/8 tank and the yellow warning light was on. I had to find a gas station (for fear of running out of gas) as soon as I rented the vehicle and before I could pick up my cargo. That's not right. I'm a 68 year old female. I shouldn't have had to hunt for a gas station as soon as I picked up the truck.

Tom MI am familiar with trucks but maybe do a walk through of rental for future customers that might not be familiar to uhaul trucks, but overall great experience.

Tom MThe gas tank intake needs to be fixed. It was known by U-Haul but was not told to me that when pumping gas it clicks off all the time, no more than $.15 of gas at a time will flow from the pump before it clicks off, so I had to constantly keep clicking it on to get gas due to the intake of the gas tank on the U-Haul. I went to two separate gas stations thinking it might of been their issue but it was the trucks issue and the u-Haul attendant knew about the issue but did not inform me of it before hand. It should be fixed right away, but I doubt if it will be fixed since the attendant already knew about it. Unsat!

sy wI was told by Ariel - the woman that was working that day, that my card would have 66.07 held on my card but NOT charged as long as I returned the rental truck on time. Unforunately, my card was charged and no refund yet.
