She explained to me and I know it wasn't her fault at end but was very professional about her job and educational I wish I would have had her service us thing would have been cheaper and better and a good cost less hassle

Rented an auto transport….the passenger’s side wheel strap was ripped almost all the way through…..discussed with the manager and since I was only using for a quick drop off, decided to go ahead and rent it anyways.
One more thing I noticed that no one is lubricating the corroded and sticky ratchets for the tire straps….makes a person wonder what other maintenance isn’t being conducted such as wheel bearings and braking systems….
As far as the manager Francine, she’s knowledgeable and extremely professional, can’t ask for much more than that.

The location was supposed to be open and was not. I had a hard time checking in on my phone because the internet service in Portland is horrible despite the fact that I have Verizon with unlimited data.

They were there mowing the yard area I was just lucky to be able to turn it in a day earlier that scheduled. They stopped what they were doing and checked me in on a Sunday. Please tell them Thank you from me as well great people work there

It is not the location it is U-Haul in general. I spent 6 hours in the lot waiting to get the truck..my card was run 3 times. I will Never rent U-Haul again.

Cab had an extreme perfume smell. We tried cleaning complete inside of cab but could not get rid of that smell. Other than the perfume smell, every thing with the truck was fine.

the name of this place has changed so it was confusing. It's called Broken Tow. Just a big empty lot wide open to the public with a small building on it. Zero security so I was very hesitant about just dropping off a trailer there but I took a ton of pics of everything just in case and did the uhaul.com/share dropoff process online.
