The worst experience ever. I will never rent a Uhaul truck again. The old 90 year old owner couldn't find my reservation or upload my drivers license on his computer. The truck was 1/8 of gas and when I returned it was on 1/8. They charged my card fuel plus fuel tax. They charged me for extra mileage. The district manager was unprofessional and rude calling me a list. My rental for 6 hours went from $66.89 to $142.76. A total rip off. I will dispute the charges. The next day they charged me extra charges to my card. I will never refer anyone to Uhaul. It's cheaper to rent from other places.

The truck return process was a straight let down. I spent 1 hour trying to fill out the information online and it did not work call customer service and was on hold with them for 45 minutes just for them to put notes down that I returned the truck

I was supposed to pick this truck up in Henderson and and had to drive half an hour farther to get my truck and then you people charged me 10 more dollars because I drove more miles than you guys thought I would drive but I had to drive farther to get the truck. So I not to happy about that.

The passenger side rear view mirror was broken and the back of the truck was full of trash. The gas was below empty and we barely made it to the gas station I was told that I would receive a $25 discount for cleaning the truck before returning. Which I had to do in order it move our stuff. Then gas tank was so depleted that we barely made it to the gas station 2 blocks away. I was told that if I brought the truck back with 1/4 of a tank or more that I would receive a $60 discount. I was also told that if I brought the truck back with less than 20 miles that I would be reimbursed for the gas. This is whole experience was horrifying. The manager of the location stated that I would get my discounts and that I would not be charged. I still do not see these discounts. I brought your truck back and it was clean with gas. I only traveled 11.5 miles in the truck and there are charges that are/were on my account that should not have been there. I am totally disgusted with the service that your company provided via this location.

The app needs work. It took me like 20 min to get the keys. All the info should've been asked before. And it should tell you how much the gas fee will be beforehand. I would've stopped for gas if I knew it was a $30 fee. Was not satisfied with the experience.

8am open time posted on door. My pickup time was 830. Nobody was there to open up until 840. I don't enjoy waiting outside when its over 100 degrees outside. In the future I'd rather go to a place that is guaranteed to be open during its posted hours.

Keep communications between U-Haul stores, sometime one store don't have truck for rent, and nobody care to call other store to check available trucks, making easy to customer find out. Very poor at this point. This store where I did my rent, the people is very nice , amazing experience with them.

Give me the truck I had reserved(26 ft) and not a smaller one for the same price as what actually occurred. In the alternative, honor the $50 credit you commit to when the equipment you reserve is not actually available at the time of your reservation.

The confirmation email was sent by something called “Pops Soups Subs Bevs”. ?? When arriving to the location, there is very little if no signage at all. If it weren't for the line of uhaul trucks you'd never know there was a business located there. When you walk in the door, the first thing you notice are the vape pens for sale. Then I turned to my right where the one and only employee was sound asleep at the front desk. Other than the sleeping, the employee was quick and courteous and got me out the door fast. The truck was dirty inside and out. The brakes squealed, and it didn't hold the lane while driving. Next time I will pay the extra mileage and go to the Las Vegas Blvd/Ford Ave location. Trucks are clean, well maintained, full staff, and actual Uhaul signage so you know exactly where to go.

Insted of the customer trying to figure how much truck they need....how about the lease rep. Be a little more subjective and try to lease you the equipment you really need be cause when people move sometimes cash flo is real low and are not thinking 100% in the way of a professional leasing agent.k then hope this helps

On Tuesday, April 30, 2019 I reserved a 10' truck for a noon pickup on Friday May 3, at Moulin Rouge Storage, 3640 Swenson St. in Las Vegas. On Thursday, May 2, I received the first change in my guaranteed reservation, on a call informing me that my reservation had been changed to 1:30pm I arrived at Moulin Rouge Storage at 1:30 on Friday and was told by Chris that he didn't have the truck I reserved. He was friendly, apologetic and helpful. He called another location at 953 E. Sahara Ave and confirmed that they had the truck I reserved. Now running a half hour behind my 1:30 start time, and two hours after my initial reservation time, I traveled to the 953 E. Sahara location. Nobody was on site, and I waited for another 15 minutes. When the employee, whose name I did not get, arrived, he let me in to a truly uncomfortable, dark space. The windows were blacked out and a black curtain separated a small, untidy workspace from the rest of the room. The employee's demeanor was rude and dismissive from the get go, and made me feel unsafe. I asked him if I could get a furniture dolly, and he curtly said no, that he didn't have any. I asked if he could find out if another location had one, and he said no. He handed me the key to a truck without telling me which truck in the lot it belonged to. I have not rented with Uhaul since you have moved to a self checkout process, so I was confused as to why he wasn't walking me to the truck and going over damage, gas, etc… When I asked him about it, he shrugged me off and didn't offer to show me what to do. I walked myself to one of two 10' trucks in the parking lot, and tried to read the license plate on the picture on the self-check out website, but since there didn't appear to be a way to enlarge the picture, I could barely make out the numbers/letters. I spent time inspecting damage, taking and uploading photos, etc… only to find that the key didn't fit in the door. I went back inside and told the employee. He then told me that I was at the wrong truck. As he walked me out to the correct truck, this is the first time I see that I am not getting the guaranteed 10' truck I had reserved (for strict space and parking restrictions at my home), and instead had been changed to a 15' truck. I expressed my frustration to the employee and he turned to me and told me not to yell at him, which I wasn't, and he did so in a way that again made me feel threatened and uncomfortable. All told, this was the worst experience I've ever had with U-haul, and I will be considering other options next time I have a truck rental need.

I went to pick up my truck and found out my location was changed 15 minutes prior to pick up time. No phone call was placed to me and that was upsetting. There were movers waiting for me at a storage facility. Not a good start. On to the next pick up location which is listed above....Christopher was the best. He had everything ready, was organized and had me on my way quickly.
