Fernando SThe process to finalize the check-in and access the fstr code felt unclear and took too long. I was also given the wrong key to the truck, and had to get the office to fix my order. Self check out is a great idea, but these details should be easier to get to the customer quickly.
Brian WMajor policy issue. Apparently the policy is to NOT help customers load their vehicles on a vehicle dolly. I'm a 70-year old man with no experience with this kind of thing and it is definitely NOT a one-person operation. Someone at least needs to act as a guide. I slipped off twice and ended up severely damaging (to the point it completely detached from my van) the complete bottom panel (under the doors from front wheel to back wheel) on the passenger side of the vehicle. Still haven't priced the repair (it's plastic so hopefully it won't be too bad), but it still was very unsettling. The service was great. Friendly and helpful where allowed to be by policy. The paperwork was quick and easy. I couldn't be happier with everything except my damaged vehicle which had nothing to do with this location (confirmed by the return location as well). Location recommendation is N/A because it was selected by U-Haul themselves when they confirmed my reservation. I did not choose it.

We just found out we have an outgoing bill for whatever reason when we did the same thing earlier in the month with another uhaul spot. My mother taught me to only go to uhaul since I was a little girl since we would move alot and she has told me after this place we need to pick another company. The truck smelled like smoke really bad as well.

Mike PI initially had a reservation at Rideout Motors in Lehi. When I arrived, I was told the trailer was in the shop and not available. I was told that there are other uhaul locations open but was given no other help. I called uhaul, and was given the local number. I called them, was informed that I would be reimbursed $50 because of the problem, and my reservation was transferred to the Point of the Mountain location. I was frustrated that my reservation was not changed prior to my arrival at the first location. I'm not sure if the problem was that the location did not inform Uhaul of the issue with the trailer or if Uhaul did not make the change. I was particularly frustrated that I was given no help at Rideout. Apparently, they did not feel it was their problem. I will NEVER use that location again. Point of the Mountain was excellent!
David DI had a foreign license and could move through with the process verification process through the app. I had to go in to see a person. It would have been nice if i was just told from the beginning to go see the person inside instead of truing to figure it put through the app

Christie NTaylor was awesome and the Uhaul reservation went great as did using the truck. The window handles (to move the window up & down) are not well built. The driver’s side handle kept coming off when the handle was used to be open or shut the window.

Taylor WThere is no way to get into the place since you need a code and the app gives you no code for the gate. We tried calling with no help and finally a customer came out which let us return the truck. After returning the truck my daughter and I had no way to leave the place other then climbing through an opening in the gate which was very dangerous. This was horrible and took us forever. If you are telling us to return at a location you need to give customers the way to get in and out. We did not dare park our car inside because we could not get out. Very disappointed in this location and the system for returning.
Jason SRented the car trailer to recover a broken down car. Trailer pulls great empty and loaded. Low deck and built-in ramps makes loading and unloading a breeze and tie downs are simple and strong. Great job U-Haul!
RICHARD BThe location was changed 3 times and we were not told until we were at the 2nd location and the app check-in wasn’t working. Then we were given a truck where the door was broken so when we got home, we had to drive all the way back to the location for them to fix it (which took an hour). Then we weren’t give a full tank of gas but expected to bring it back fuller than we got it??
Matthew MThey have closing hours and they do not inform you when looking for the keys, seeing them in the system that you have a delivery time after the office closes. charging extra money

CESAR LPoint of the Mountain Storage was the best UHaul experience I've ever had. They had brand new equipment and were extremely helpful during a time when my son was in an accident and I had to drive several hours last minute to help him out. I couldn't recommend them more.

Alex KThe guy with the black challenger was way nicer, an active listener and overall cares about the customer compared to the red-headed guy who I believe is the manager; he has absolutely no empathy for new customers.
Kristina SThe 24/7 option was a nightmare. We had to sit and wait for way too long to “verify” info we had sent you way before our pick up time. Why couldn’t that be done prior? Arriving “10 min early” is not enough time for that apparently. My truck was literally on empty and I was worried I wasn’t going to make it to a gas station. I didn’t know how much I was supposed to put in it so I filled the tank which cost me $118. More than my actual rental cost me. The app is buggy and wouldn’t even let me finish the simple requests it asked ie submit pictures after retuning the truck with 24/7. So I still had to go into the office and talk to someone. I’ll never use U-Haul again
