The van that I rented was new and clean. The U-haul employee was courteous and helpful. All-in-all, I had a great experience.

I am horrified by this entire experience. The location did not have our truck available and then tried to make us feel like we were inconveniencing the next customer. We asked for a bigger truck and because we were given a smaller truck we were charged double what we should have been and had to make multiple trips. On top of that the guy added An extra $14.00 a day for protection we never asked for. Horrible customer service.

First, my rental was ready & waiting for me, my only complaint is there's only one person taking care of the online & walk-in and he was doing a good job of multitasking, having someone else to help with the customer would make it much better.
