I had never rented a U-haul before. Terri & Erik were very helpful & made the whole process very easy and understandable, which gave me great peace of mind. They are wonderful folks & I would send any one who needs to rent a trailer their way.

Our rental return went smoothly and quickly. The gentleman was super to work with, and the quirky shop affiliated with the UHaul drop-off (Pocky's Pickins) was so intriguing, we intend to return again so we can spend time looking at everything.
