Excellent service! This is our second time using this facility and we couldn’t be happier. Dan Andre worked with us within our time frame. He has many customers but treats you as if you’re his only customer giving full service with professionalism and always with smile. He truly cares about his customers and strives to make moving as least stressful as possible! Thank you, Mr. Andre! We will definitely be back!

Great customer service, van was available for pick-up and they went above and beyond to ensure their customer was satisfied. As far as I am concerned this is the best place to rent a truck. Clean and available and great customer service. Service with a smile.

Was a little disappointed. Through the website I selected the only location in my area that showed a van available for rental as I needed something with a low ground clearance. As I was picking up my rental, I was informed that that vehicle was picked up for maintenance and I was getting an “upgrade” for the same price. This upgrade had a higher ground clearance which made the moving more difficult. I kind of wonder whether there was ever a chance I could get the van I selected or whether it was always planned for maintenance. This location was out of my way, and I only chose it because it had the equipment I needed. I completed the move without major delays, but it would’ve been nice to know from the beginning that the van wasn’t a possibility even though the website listed it as available and rentable. I don’t think this necessarily is a reflection on this U-Haul site but more of a reflection of U-Haul as an entity. Tough to know for sure though.

The attendant checked the tire pressure on all tires and was very helpful. The van was easy to use, very efficient.

They over charge me ford 3 days and it was 2 days me on fix income I'm broke for Christmas

The door wouldn’t stay open had to prop it open. They forgot my dolly had to go back and get it.

The transaction process was quick and easy only issue I had was the truck rode really rough and the signal lights didn’t work, but it got the job done and got us from point a to point b. If we move again we will definitely be back customer service was awesome and very helpful.

The total was more than expected, and the truck's check engine light and stabilitrack warnings kept popping up. But overall things were fine with the rental.

UHaul website does not mesh well with local UHaul sites. Dealing with the UHaul company was a nightmare.

Service was great! Truck made some loud noises that about drive us crazy. Had to add 2 quarts of oil to engine. Other than that all was good.

The truck had an awful smell. We tried to contact the store where we rented it but they were out of town. The DM called but wasn’t able to offer anything close to us. We ended up cleaning the truck to try and rid the smell.

The price after the fees was more than expected. The price that is posted is misleading. I think there should be a set price like for instance 50$ and a price per mileage after going over a certain number of miles. And mileage price should be printed in large letters with the price of the rental

The worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul the customer service was terrible the person at the location was belittling, and rude and made snarky comments, he also allowed a homeless man to stand in the lobby while checking the vehicle but had the doors locked and my family member had to wait to use the bathroom. He was unsepathic to the aggravation and frustration of being told information that was not no notified to me by customer service over the phone and keep trying to correct my words when I said the wrong measurements of the truck. He also tried to charge me

The 24/7 service did not let me know that the truck I had reserved was not available though it was in the parking lot. I called ,and was asked to leave and leave a message on the 24/7 service a texted and no one answered either one . Once I called back the operator waited on line to see what the issue was,and then they advised that the vehicle was unavailable even though I had reserved it. Then upon returning the vehicle the guy tried to over charge for gas saying I needed to convert the gas hand on the appointment which I was not advised to do while on the with the operator, and advised that it would be $81. To fill it up and proceed to so me the picture that I took with the gas hand on half a tank. He was very rude and condescending, sarcastic and keep trying to correct me when I said inch instead of foot, as he could see I was very frustrated. His sarcastic remarks were also passed to my family as they asked to use the restroom while a homey man stood inside of the establishment. He Starkey remarks were invited and definitely unwanted. I will advise everyone that I know that this was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul as I advised him

I am VERY impressed with this location. His available stock was large, everything was clean and safe and ready to go. I will definitely use this location the next time I need a U-Haul. Very friendly and efficient owner too!

Over charged me Was advertised as 19.99 then switched it to 29.99 Then charged another 40 dollars for gas after I was done with truck Sucks

This was the best Uhaul rental experience I've had. I'm not sure if the person working there was the owner or an employee but he treated me, the trucks and the business like he owned it.
