The guy was clueless and I will never rent another uhaul from that location. I was in there for over a hour and half. I had pre-register and paid for the rental and still had to spend entirely to much time waiting for him to figure out what to do. Then he hooked up the trailer completely wrong.

Don’t try to get your customers to sign a paper disclosing no insurance and tell them you’ll add insurance on later. Don’t charge the customer extra miles when it’s not the customer’s fault that they had to drive and hour out of the way because you didn’t have a truck in the closest uhaul location (ace hardware - Beloit,Ks)

Paul Hernandez has provided the best experience we have ever had with borrowing trucks and or trailers from uhaul. He is very informational and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and conversational. I would recommend going to Paul over any other location I've been to.

The gentleman was very helpful to us. This was our first uhaul rental. It just happened to be the same day the uhaul internet was down nationwide. He did his best to take care of us regardless.

Be prepared. I dud express checking and he hadn’t even checked his computer so i had to wait. Then he tried to charge me again. Have snow cleared to get to U-Haul. They broke my tail light connector by forcing the chain past it instead of removing the connector from the bar first. So lights didn’t work and I could only drive during the day. Rental place was full of smoke and I couldn’t breathe.

Had to be changed from preferred pickup location to this. Uhaul just automatically picks the next closest location I think. Would have preferred to choose alternate myself as another location (Clay Center) was closer to me than Belleville.

I was a little disappointed that I had to drive an extra 30 miles further than where I was supposed to pick up my truck. It would be nice if you could call your customers and ask them if they’re ok with the location change before just assuming it’s fine. Other than that the man I got the truck from was very friendly and helpful.

Our experience was great. The trailers were in great condition and the dealer was very nice to work with and went out of his way to make it convenient for us. If we ever need to rent a trailer again we'll definitely try this location first.

Although I rented the 10 foot box truck and was completely satisfied, I didn't even need that big a truck. A cargo van would have been closer to the size I needed for the few items I was moving. Thanks.

It may be a minor thing but the straps used to tie down the vehicle being hauled were so covered in mud that I had issues getting the rachet straps to release. Other than that it was fine.

When we picked up the trailer, it was suggested that we return it to Wamego, when our final destination was Manhattan. This would have been a long ways out of our way. Seemed like a strange request.

Very very poor customer service. I waited well over an hour just to pick up a tow dolly that j had called about hours before. The man running this office had no idea what he was doing.

This couple should be in a nursing home, not in a customer service business. He didn't check the truck before I left with it, he didn't know the miles on it and didn't even know the fuel level when I left. so it was off once I returned the truck to Topeka and that fool.

This does not reflect this location but rather U Haul's absurd policy of finding a truck somewhere. Although I made my reservation well in advance, I was sent over an hour out of my way just to pick up a truck. This is ridiculous! I drove an extra 2-1/2 hours just to make a 2-1/2 hour move. Utterly senseless. Change your policy or just don't take my reservation to begin with when I go online to place it. You have lost me as a customer. Time for change - get with it U Haul!

Very unorganized location, took more then 30 minutes to get it all squared away and the worker seemed to have no idea what he was doing. There was no inspection or communication at all for that matter. If I needed to rent again and this was the only location available I would opt out.

This place is located at a used car lot. hard to manuever your vehicle thru to back up to the trailer. The office was dirty and took what seemed a long time to get the paperwork done.

This location was essentially a junk-yard with a few U-Haul trailers. The staff were rude, slow, and made racist comments about each other and about other customers.

Store manager was sleeping inside. Had to wait 30 min to return truck until he woke up which made truck late and he tried to charge extra day because he closed early. Also appliance dolly was not on site and it took way to long to check out and return truck. If the equipment is not ready then whats the point of a web reservation.

All items requested in rental on line was not at this location. It turned out to be o.k. but it would have been nice to know that in advance. Not all 12 blankets were clean. half of the blankets were smelly and dirty and no furniture dollies

I would like to say this was by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever dealt with!!! I arrived for my scheduled 12pm pickup and the place wasnt even open had to wait thirty minutes before anyone showed up. Then when I was supposed to drop off at 6pm and the gentleman stated he would be there. I arived at 6pm and I waited until 6:40pm for an employee. I missed an hour and a half of work because of this. Very disappointed.

I have rented several uhual trailors before and have never had such a bad experience. First I find out the trailor I need is not where I called specifically, then the place Best Buy auto sales is where I need to pick up the trailor. I told uhual I needed the trailor no later than 9:00 on Tiesday morning they but that didnot happen. Nest Buy Auto sales said they will not be there until 9:30 so dont come get the trailor until then, and then when I got there it took an additional 40 minutes before I left. i will never I said never rent a trailor from uhual if I have to go through these people.

This was a horrible experience renting this truck.It took 2 hours to get the truck after the employee tried to get my credit card auth over and over and over.I had to say my card number at least 15 times while he tried to run it thru over and over which would be anybodys worst nightmare not knowing if any of those times something was getting charged.He said he didn't know what wrong and my only option was to give him a cash deposit. I finally had to go get $100 from the ATM so I could just get the truck since I had already lost 2 hours of valuable time to move.If I had it to do over again I would have just walked away, but when I called uhaul to see what I should do it took 15 min to get someone only to be told they couldn't do anything for me I would have to call another number, and to cancel the reservation would charge me a fee. I gave them the $100 and they said it was for a deposit and I would get the change when I turned the truck in. It turns out they had done it wrong and they had me pay for it when I picked it up and should have given me my change since this was not just a "deposit". The receipt shows I paid for the truck and should have received $7.60 in change, when I pointed this out he said no that's wrong you'll get the change when you turn it in, it doesn't matter what the receipt says. Since it was only $7.60 they jipped me out of I decided not to go back and deal with them.So I wound up having to pay $100.00 to rent a truck to move what I could in what little time I had left to move that day. It was a total waste of my time and money to rent this truck since the mess it took to rent it that morning ruined the entire days plans.

The area of Dallas that this is located in was not a very good area. I was very glad that my sons went and I was not there alone. Also, the person taking our information to input in the computer seemed rather spaced out and it took a very long time for him to enter the information. He didn't seem very well trained.
