It was good big location to park and drop keys box visible, I passed one closer to me because I couldn't locate the key box. They were close at the time I was dropping the equipment but they were on the business because they took care of the paperwork that morning.

I appreciate that you went the extra mile and waited patiently for me past closing time. It made a big difference in my day and ultimately who I will look at first for my next Uhaul rental.

Truck was nasty inside box. The truck had no fuel in it even the low fuel light was on. And was returned with 50.00 worth of fuel and returned early.

1st off when I went to hook up the Auto transport I noticed the chin was cut and unservicable the lady working there had no clue what was going on ....I had to fix it myself just to be able to use it...2nd there was never a receipt of any kind whatsoever.. I ended up renting for one day " Monday" 24hrs turn in .was supposed to be Tuesday by 330...couldn't make it back so I bring it back "Wednesday" @ 1130 am...that's less than 48 hrs so two days of use ,there was a guy there that couldn't bother to get off his cell phone,just walked out to took a picture of the Auto transport and went back inside.. Wednesday afternoon ..I look at my account expecting to see 2 charges instead saw 3 charges total of $198 I called and told them I turned the rental in that morning at 1130am "Wednesday"...and all of a sudden I get an emailed contract saying I signed a 3 day with turn in Thursday " the next day " but was already charged for 3 days .. and I might mention that I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT never saw a contract..but someone had marked a line in the signature box above my name of a 3 day contract.. I called again they guy said that the lady that handles turn ins would be in at 2 PM...and she would handle it ..@330 AFTER!! I talked to them I still get a receipt charging me for 3 days or rental even tho the rental was actually at the site when she wrote the receipt..but she waited until 330 so they could say I had it 72 hrs from Monday @ 330 when I rented it ...low down and criminal behavior...

You know what I am I would not recommend this U-Haul location because for one the lady in Troy and on customer service told me that the tow dolly that I selected would be $85 they charge me $135 the the dolly was rusted old and dirty I took pictures to the back and the one side of the tow dolly for my car was cracked on the plastic part and it made the bottom of my car on my side come loose so now I have to get that repaired and the lady at the place that I hooked it up I'll ask her was the price to $85 and she said well yes but when I check my account on my notification today it charged me at 135 hours and that I got a problem with

We ask for a receipt and he said he didn't do that. We did Not feel comfortable leaving the truck there.

The guys at Platinum were great! It was a last-minute pickup as the trailer I was to get in Montgomery had faulty lights. It was the fastest, most efficient rental I've ever had. Learn from this location!

I was given the wrong truck size with a trailer that I didn't need. The location was also half an hour further south of the location I requested, and the time I scheduled was pushed back an hour and a half.

The clerk on site knew nothing about renting out a truck. She had to call the business owner. I had to sweep out the cab trash, sunglasses, water bottle, pet food n pet hair etc. I had to sweep out the back of the truck too. There were 9 or so U Haul protective blanket pads in a big pile as well as a U Haul dolly and a set of handtrucks. From previous experience I knew these were rented. I was instructed to throw the blankets away and leave the equipment in the office. I did not throw away the blankets but folded them (per sign in truck) and left them with the truck when I dropped it off. I put the handtrucks n dolly in the office. I handled the rental via a phone call with the business owner. Not the way to represent UHaul.

Had to go back and ask for a reciept and she never got out from her desk. She also never went and checked truck and asked me to go take a picture of the milage so she didnt have to leave her desk
