When Uhaul failed to obtain movers and forced my mom and I to move ALL of my belongings, the man at the shop was incredibly kind to help with the larger items.

CRAIG GFriendly people. My issue is my pickup was to be in Hays, Ks and i got a call less than 24 hours before pick up that i had to drive to another town to pock up the truck. My issue is this change impacted us the customer and our plans for moving. Need better guarantee there is sufficient fleet or dont book.

Marvin MI went to my pick up location only to be told that my reservation got moved elsewhere. I had to drive an additional 30 minutes out of my way to pick up a trailer. Not to mention, the trailer was dirty and smelled like smoke. After moving all of my stuff, the trailer ended up causing my belongings to smell like smoke as well. That is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life. Needless to say, you guys lost a customer

Bret oThe drop location is located in a parking lot behind a ratty little convenience store...glad it was light out or it wouldn't feel safe. The key drop box was very difficult to locate, although I did finally locate it somewhat near the door of the convenience store, it was somewhat hidden by a mop and stuff ... need to make the key drop a little more visible or move it from in front of the store where people are hanging out.
SCOTT BNice and friendly people at Apco Uhaul in Plainville, KS. I highly recommend them!! They helped hook up the trailer and unhook when we got done, very courteous!!

Ronald JMy son was going to Colorado from KC. His transmission went out in Hayes, Ks on the holiday weekend. I started calling for a uhaul from Wichita, where I was, to pick up in Hayes. I was # 34 on the scheduling list . Rachel, the only person working on Sunday to schedule was fantastic to work with. She was so helpful, patient, I cannot say enough good things about how helpful she was. Everyone I talked to at the different places was kind and helpful too. Thanks to everyone.

Jeffrey WUhaul company NEVER contacted me that the pick up was at a different location than I chose online. I chose Plainville pick up and when I arrived was told truck was in Smith Center!!!!!! Thankfully Plainville saved the day and canceled the online order from Smith Center and everything fit into a smaller trailer. Online was TERRIBLE and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Donald WNo one knew how to check my trailer in and the young man had me pull around the back to unhook the trailer and just stood and watched and did not even attempt to help me unhook the trailer. Luckily I'm a large man and could handle the unhook but I thought it was rude of this kid to not attempt to help.

chris kI mad the reservation to insure the equipment would be their when I arrived, being that I was coming from out of town. Upon my arrival I found that it had been rented out and I had to wait for several hours for its return which put me behind in my travels, not a good practice of business.

Elizabeth AI requested to pick up a trailer in the town in which I live then was called the day before moving from the Uhaul company saying that I had to pick up my trailer 30 miles away outside of town. I believe that if I sign up for a trailer in one location, than it should be Uhauls responsibility to make sure that the equipment is there. It is unfair to expect customers to go out of their way for your product and even more upsetting that customers are not compensated in any way. I was not pleased with my experience and hope that Uhaul fixes this issue.

Ronald BThe proprietor was most helpful. This, too, is a smaller dealer. The equipment was parked around back and was not visible from the highway. Not a big deal but I drove past it the first time. A larger sign would be nice.
Mike SI scheduled on-line for a pick up in Hays, KS but was rerouted to Plainville the night before my trip. This took me 50 miles out of my way. I was very disappointed with on-line scheduling.
