Rafael SAfter making a reservation and traveling from Houston to San Antonio I was told a vehicle had not been assigned to me. This was after the manager and employee pretended to ignore me because it was close to closing. This was my first experience with U-Haul and I now know I will not be using their services anymore.

michael vYour truck leaked a 2 foot spot of oil on my driveway. I’m not happy. 1/8 of a tank of gas and I don’t that is good customer service. I took a picture of it because I was astounded at how low the gas was. However, boy am I glad that I did that because the guy in charge of this U-Haul location told me that it was 8 gallons short and I was charged over $65 and gas and fuel surcharge fees. I took a picture of the receipt for my business thankfully, so I was able to send both of picture of the dash with a timestamp on it and the original mileage as well as the receipt for the gas that I put into her truck. I call all location and he told me basically that I was lying and that he didn’t know me and couldn’t trust me and that gas got safe and out of their trucks all the time. I was shocked at this level of horrible customer service. I called and sent my pictures to the customer service reps at U-Haul and they immediately refunded me. As far as I’m concerned, I should not ever be in charge of customer service. Also, I would look up this truck and get the oil leak fixed it is pretty bad because I only had it parked in my driveway for an hour

Cesar RWas unable use my phone to pick up and return because system was unable to determine my location. My GPS device took me right there so I know it wasn't my device's accuracy. That made the $20 charge to drop the key after hours and have them check it in for you seem somewhat unfair. Maybe if you could find a way to loosen up on the position verification so location could be determined a little easier. The agent at the counter said that was a common problem there. That's my only issue, everything else was excellent and an overall positive experience.

CARLOS GThe rental location was okay, however I had a very bad experience with Mobile check in of my rental truck. It took nearly an hour to verify my reservation. I called customer service 4-5 times, but was on hold for long periods of time. This was not a good experience. I'm actually going to be doing my main move in a few weeks and I may use another company. Thank you.

VIRGINIA ATwo things: that van needs a washing for the exterior. And a cleaning on the inside. Covid is real and that van should have been spotless. Secondly, this location has a hand sanitizer with a Confederate flag on it. WHY????????? People are highly likely to be using this sanitizer at this moment in time. Do we have to be subjected to discriminatory politics because we need to rent a van to move? I think not. This is completely unacceptable and highly offensive, ON EVERY LEVEL. I do not expect this to be okay with U-Haul and I will never return to this location again. I will also refrain from using Uhaul in the future if this offensive imagery is not removed from this site. Do better!!!!!! The time is always right to do the right thing.
KYMBERLEI WMade reservation and declines SafeMove. But location added it on and did not tell me. Gas was listed as 7/8 tank but was below 3/4
SCOTT LThe location and the truck was clean but the overall driving conditions of the truck was poor. Bad alignment on the truck and the suspension was terrible. Had to turn the steering wheel far left to keep the truck straight and the truck had a lot of shaking.
Seth RAfter a failed attempt to pickup our reserved rental at another U-Haul facility, this vendor stepped up to assist us. He came to our rescue even though it was outside of his operating hours. Kudos to this vendor for his outstanding customer service.
WILLARD KThis was our 3rd choice as the the first two who we booked with did not end up having a truck for us, even though they said we received texts telling u. Never received any texts or call or emails. So we had to rush to find this location on the day and time we needed a truck, and they were so very nice and helpful.
WILBERT WBryan and Sky were extremely helpful!!! They were very friendly and welcoming, even got a storage with them. They made me feel my personal belongings were going to safe and secure!!
Miguel VTook over 45 minutes to actually get the Uhaul because I couldn’t get approved. There was no secure spots to park my car and if wasn’t well lit.

ERICA RI checked clean, but there was some used sunflower seeds in the truck. With Covid still as a concern chewed sunflower seed was not a pleasant thing to find. Other than that everything ok, but the cleanliness of the inside can should have been checked.
SCOTT MMore expedient check in or out. Attendent took extra long to check me in. He had to verify everything I had already provided reservation representative. Also I was charged for Ins for the trailer I was asked by UHaul Corporate to bring to Houston for there benefit at "no charge". I agreed to pay for Ins for the truck not the trailer. Rolando Trevino
Rolando TThe location was hard to locate, even with help from the owner. Moreover, the truck was only 1/4 gallon full of gas, but the operator said the tank was at 1/2.
