CRAIG RWebsite, listed location to be open till noon. They closed at 11. There were multiple people walking around, trying to figure out how to pick up their vehicles, the scan image on the door to pick up or return. The vehicle did not work at all. Once I figured it out, it was not an issue, but I was quite let down That there was nobody there at the hours that was stated on the website website
William SPioneer Rentals, Inc. is an excellent rental company, and has a tremendous reputation for quality customer service. The owner of the business is personally involved and went out of his way to make sure that all my needs were met. The equipment was clean, and ready to go. The U-Haul truck we rented was a fantastic piece of equipment. FIVE STARS. Highly Recommend this U-Haul rental dealer.

Monica LI was charged for fuel even though I returned the vehicle with more fuel than when I received it. Hopefully, it was an honest mistake, but typically mistakes that profit a business are intentional and I could not recommend such a place. When I called and reported the over charge, it was promptly credited back to me.

Gary RI am 100% satisfied with my rental agent.... Pioneer Rentals.... it's the U-haul computer system that is in question. Thank God the rental locations are able to keep the rentals straight. My recommendation is to contact the renting dealer directly. DO NOT use the mobile app. When I call Pioneer and they confirm a rental... I know I can expect the vehicle to be there. Thanks Vern and Pioneer crew for many positive rentals this year.

Michele NTruck fuel was on empty when I picked the vehicle. Also, I requested moving pads and a dolly and it was not with the truck. I picked equipment up after hours so I had to figure out so this made my move very difficult. After returning the truck the employees called me to ask where their equipment was not knowing I never received it. I would not recommmend this establishment to anyone.

Daniel SI would only use a place where there are folks on site. The online app was absolutely ridiculous and not at all user friendly. It took longer to log in and log out at the end than it did to drive to and from my destination. What a total waste of time!!!

Maureen CI just find your app very difficult to use. I was standing out in the hot sun trying to see my screen, and you were asking my for my photo/driver's license to upload. Couldn't we have done this before the pickup moment? Also I had ordered a half dozen furniture pads over the phone, and only one furniture pad was on the order. I had called back to confirm a half dozen and they had said yes, they were there (but they were not). Since the facility was closed, no option to get more. Otherwise a good experience.
Maureen CDue to the high prices of new vans... I'm still renting for my sound business. I know when I call the guys at Pioneer that I'm guaranteed to have a van waiting as booked. As always.... thanks Vern and crew at Pioneer Rental.
