If the trucks had power windows and power side mirrors that would be great. The truck was very noisy too. My main concern is the way you handle the fuel amounts now. My truck had 1/4 tank when picked up, and when I asked how much I should add, I was told to fill it up. But by doing so, after only using a little more than a 1/2 tank in all, I ended up spending about $50 more on gas than I should have. So the really provide a positive customer experience, UHaul should reimburse me for this extra expense.JACQUELINE D.

Just having shoulder surgery, I asked for help unhooking the trailer only to be informed by the employee that she does not work for uhaul and isn't required to do that. She did supply a jack so I finally got it off.Matt T.

No fault of pinnacle, but an earlier reservation had to be cancelled, because my truck pickup was moved, first to Cameron, NC, and then to Raeford, NC. Since I was driving to Raleigh, NC, this was ridiculous. I ended up canceling that truck and rent a 15 foot for three pieces of furniture. The Pinnacle service was personable and the location was emasculate.MARCIA M.

The people at Zeus were awesome! BUT, they did not have the equipment that I reserved. Why did you change the pick up location that I requested which was a hub and had all kinds of equipment and supplies to this little shop that was 11 miles further? They had to call a place down the road even further for me to go get pads that I reserved. THEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM. So, they didn't charge me for them...or so I was told. When I got the bill, I was charged. I'm STILL looking for my refund. The UHaul website kept kicking him off so I was there almost an HOUR. I'm baffled by the completely unorganized way that a big company like UHaul is run. The guy at the drop off location tried to help me with the refund, but he says I have to call you guys. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOREVER SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE CALLED. I have given up which means you robbed me! I am totally baffled and bewildered at the unorganized manner that this huge company is run. There's not even a way for me to get you to make it right without huge inconveniences to me.TRACY K.

A tire pressure light came on during the move, I told the drop-off agent, he said he thought the tire sensor was bad! The right tire strap came off on the car I was towing during the move and the left one was loose, had to stop at a rest stop and a trucker helped me tighten both straps! The straps were put on and tightened at the West End facility by the agent in charge! Otherwise everything was ok!Barry D.
Log in reservation process was a little confusing. I was given a bunch of locations to choose from so I picked the one that was closest to. Then the system asked me if I know that there is no truck at that location and that a manager wouod have to call me. No manager called me so I showed up at the assigned place and time only to discover that there were no trucks available. The onsite manager completely hooked me up with a 20' truck which I really appreciated and it allowed me to still meet my own timeline without having to mess with my work schedule. I would say web experience: F- (probably more like a C because at the end of the day by pure luck it still worked out for me) Onsite customer service: A+WIN K.

There should be eye hooks in the cargo area so that securing with hook straps is possible. The only way I could see to secure my load was with twine/rope that if which I didn't have.John H.
