Nothing! The staff was more than helpful to answer my questions, pleasant, and friendly. I would, and already have , recommend this facility to others. The BEST asset is Lynne and Kellie, the staff. Moving is always a difficult process, and they made you feel like they were part of your team and family. Not only did I gain a great storage, rental of truck facility resource, I also gained two new friends!

Gary CI have rented uhauls many times over the years and this establishment is by far the best I have had the pleasure to deal with. First I have a very hard time moving. It has always been very emotional and stressful. Kelly and Lynn were so kind and helpful through the rental process and to top things off I started having car trouble and they recommended a great mechanic and wrote his name and number down for me. I can’t say enough except that if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Top notch service.Blessings to you both.

Kathy DEverything was fine except the rental agent took the liberty of adding Safe Haul without my permission. I didn't argue the fact because I was under the impression it was mandatory at the time. In retrospect, I don't believe it is. I did not sign up for Safe Haul when making the reservation.

STEVE TMaintain the vehicles. Check engine lights should not be coming on in the majority of the vehicles almost immediately after leaving the lot. Telling customers with a full truck and absolutely no other option "they should be fine" is an unacceptable and irresponsible policy; not to mention a huge liability. If there is/has been an issue with auto part theft, reconsider the replacement parts. Putting families that are entrusting Uhaul for their relocation needs at risk isn't the solution. It's just bad business.

TERESA AVery helpful front desk woman. Forgot her name but she was awesome! Smooth rental and the trailer worked perfectly for a trip From Morehead city to Silvertone Colorado in 2 days and was returned the next morning.

natalie POur reservation was transferred to Pinnacle storage after our original reservation location was a no-show. We had reserved a truck at 20th street grocery and grill for 9:30am and no one was there! We waited in the parking lot and called multiple times and no one showed up or answered! After calling customer service, having our reservation transferred to pinnacle storage, service was impeccable!! Friendliest staff, beautiful, clean environment, organized, etc. All the positives!! Couldn't have been happier with the experience we had with Pinnacle Storage! Definitely was a breath of fresh air after what we had just experienced! Big thanks to Pinnacle storage for that saving grace!

Joye FYou need something under your sign or out front that shows you are a Uhaul facility as well as storage. I passed it twice because I didn’t see the Uhaul trailers parked in the back. That was the only way I knew I was in the right place.
