This location has limited hours. I chose to do an in-person pickup and I had to do it online with help from an agent. I'm old school and I prefer gave to face interactions. The people online were very helpful though, so I appreciate that, but still...

Didn't have any issues with the trip but still was not thrilled to have to drive an extra hour and make a separate trip to grab equipment that I booked online a week in advance. Get the insurance kids. Not only does it protect you against other people, it will protect you from equipment as well. Still waiting for them to give me. Sorry it was a pain in the ass discount

App sucks- I was never able to see how much gas was supposed to be in the truck prior so I filled up just to find out it only needed 5/8 filled wasted 30 extra dollars

Easy to get into, and well constructed. No chance for water to get in because of the way the concrete is constructed to emty the rain water into a basin. The overhead doors work effortlessly. Great place to store presious belongings.

Driver/passenger area of van had some spills on the console and what looked like of pet hair on the passenger seat. Had some trash, an old water bottle and a previous clients paperwork in the cab. Nothing that was a huge deal, but obviously wasn't looked over or cleaned very well between customers.

Fast, courteous service. Trailer in excellent shape. I especially liked the new hitch/tongue setup!! Quick, easy and the wire spring safety hook retainers are excellent! No more worries about them coming off! Towed to South Dakota with no issues.

The $20 non phone return charge is crap. Also when I rent from a location I expect to pick up at that location not one clear across town especially when I'm paying for milage. The lady working at the South 70th location where I rented from deserves a raise. She has excellent customer service skills.

Staff were friendly. She said she would get it checked in, but it did not show returned until 42 hours later on the Uhaul app. I may pick up a trailer from this location. I will return it online if I have to return the trailer to this location. I may recommend this location to someone else, with a warning to check it in online upon returning to this location. A friend of mine had a similar experience.

I was charged for more miles/gas than I used in the truck. My receipt shows that I was was charged for 4 gallons of gas, but I only put 9 miles on the truck. This does not make sense why I would need to pay for 4 gallons of gas.

Over 3 years ago I found this business to put my Mom's belongings in because she went to nursing facility and I live 4 hours away so I needed to find a storage facility that was secure and clean and also one that was out of the weather. I found Pine lake storage and was thrilled they checked all the boxes and they have been amazing to work with. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing great storage.

5 star! Was with you guys for over 2 years. LOVE the staff, always so helpful and polite! ALWAYS!! Any time I needed help with an issue, they were there (locking myself out lol) and so quickly! It was a pleasure to work with the folks at Pine Lake Self Storage. We were able to secure a unit that was just the right size. Knowing Nebraska heat in the warmer months, I opted for the temperature-controlled unit which proved to be a smart choice. All our things remained in pristine condition. The unit was close to an outside door so when we were moving out, it was easy to access the truck. Our time there could not have been any better!
