This location was a lifesaver! I’d reserved a trailer at a different UHaul location that left me hanging without a trailer. Pikes Peak came through with zero notice and supplied the necessary equipment. I wholeheartedly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.
Chris MHad made reservations at another location but when we got there they were closed. So we had to call around to find an open location with the type of vehicle we needed.
Harry TTruck had trash left in it and smelled bad of weed. We found an empty weed bag in the door. Rental shop was good people but uhauls billing is terrible. Took a week to invoice and of course it is more expensive.

Joe DTruck didn’t have truck number displayed where it was suppose to be. Couldn’t find truck in lot, asked attendant who was very rude as if it was my fault. Truck was beat up - drove well though. App sucks. Apparently didn’t record my returning the truck.

Duran PThis location is an automotive shop first so they needed to prioritize their focus as they were busy. Manager or front desk individual said he would check it in later and I was good to go. Experience tells me I should get a formal drop-off receipt, but I was in a rush, he was in a rush, so I trusted him. I was way under miles and dropped it off on time and had the full insurance so I'm assuming he trusted there would be no damage/issues. He did as he said and likely this isn't his first rodeo. Nice guy, just super busy.

Soso TThe van had mud stains in the mats but the van was otherwise maintained. Also, I never received a final receipt. The website never gave me a chance to see the final bill.

Ron IThe movers were helpful and explained the extra charges to me that U-haul did not identify if their original quote. Even though I added a Tow Dolly to the cart, it did not come up in my quote. U-haul did not tell me about the taxes and environmental fees. These should be included in the original quote, this is a corporate issue, not the location.

Michael RThis is the only manager who had common sense.went to 3 different locations and had issues with managers. He took the time to figure out the problem and made it work highly reccomend this location even though its out of the way it is well worth it

JERRY KYour team was amazing —> I called beforehand, they checked and arranged in 3-5 minutes; I can by and was checked in and vehicle and trailer checked in under 10 minutes and were there 2 hours later when I got back… they deserve kudos for an excellent job well done that really helped my family; prices were extremely reasonable too!

Maria HEverything I scheduled- hitch attachment, pick up, drop off- was inaccurate based on my original reservations, including what was listed online. I’m still receiving inaccurate texts and emails. Not enough staff at locations and much of the staff inept. Never using uhaul again!

Jerome TDrop off was during memorial day, so i was supposed to use the 24/7 ride share to check out the car, the place has no internet coverage by A&T so i have to go fishing for wifi from the close by shopping mall, then after finishing the return online, there was no orange drop box what so ever to drop the keys

BRUCE BThis location does not have pickup by phone app as advertised on the Uhaul website. Not a big deal, but this location is also a gas station and auto repair facility, so they are fairly busy all the time.

John SThis comment is not related to Pikes Peak, but U-Haul overall. I made the reservation for the trailer at a U-Haul location 5 minutes from my home. A few days before I picked up the trailer, I was told that I had to pick up the trailer from a U-Haul location about 1 hour from my home. 4 hours of unexpected travel time had a negative impact on the rental.
