The pick and go location in Calgary , on Center st is a disaster to rent from. The girl knew and did very little. I had to call your CSR on rental day to get info. I had to call back on drop off day to get info. I also waited 3 days for my receipt and turns out they hadn't even checked it back in till today after I called customer service again at 11 am. I also told them the day I rented that the truck had issues... call the number was the response. I also had issues on drop off... again, call the number. Now, the one issue is the gas intake leaks when putting the gas in, so that's kind of important for future renters. Again, couldn't care less... Plus, couldn't be bothered to go inspect truck upon drop off. So, a truck could have come down the street later Monday and blown the side off the truck and it would have been pinned on me ? cause they are too lazy to inspect a return and sign off on it ? It would also be a lot more helpful if the vehicles were left with more than a 1/4 tank of gas in them. I was going short distance, but driving further would have been a pain, guessing how much you needed to fill to get back to a 1/4. The customer has to fill to the pick up level anyway, so put some gas in the tank! I will likely rent from U-Haul again, but no chance I'm going back to this location.

The vendor (male) did not know how to add a driver and made us lose an hour. Terrible customer service.

We needed furniture pads and did not get any as he did not have any. The U-Haul was also given to us on 1/4 of a tank so we needed to put gas in it too.

I don't think the employee had ever done this before. He was on the phone for a long time receiving instructions. I had to wait for 25 minutes before I could get my key. He was not able to answer any of my questions. He charged me more than I was supposed to be charged.

The problem was that the truck had a broken left side mirror, and the one on the other side was loose, so it would move out of position and I would lose my visibility.

Well the U-Haul I recieved had less than 1/4 tank of fuel in it, they said just make sure it has the same amount in it when you return it but how can you judge that , so I put in $75 worth of fuel and when I returned it … there was about just under half a tank so about $35 dollars more fuel than when I got it …. That’s not acceptable.

Booked items was not there, I lost money because of it, because I hired people do things for me

Have a better app for registering important info like fuel. I entered what was on my contract and what the gauge showed which were both the same, leave and arrival. But it showed a fuel charge. Then I cannot go back and correct it.

Parking arrangement in the front. The side only allow 20min parking. We have to park at least 4 hours.

Make a 'regular' uhaul office - with big parking lot where it will be possible to park your car safe and to start driving a rental truck without problems.

Truck covered with 8"snow. Ice scraper broken. Truck is not in ready use condition.

Fuel was on empty when I took possession of the track. I was charged a gas charge even though I put in more gas then I used. Pictures showed this. I replied back but no one is getting back to me to address this. I also wanted to upgrade the truck but this location had no other choices.

They had no idea about my booking and then I had to go through the entire process of booking the rental while I waited there. There were students who had come to help me and as a result we were all late for our class. I'm not sure whose fault this was, but it was quite annoying.
