Let people know about the non guaranteed location for pickup. Nobody ever called or let me know that my pickup location was changed to 50 minutes away from my house and I don’t have a car. I got 60 “complimentary miles” for the inconvenience but I still had to pay an Uber to take me there which cost me more than the actual rental and also the gas to come back 50 minutes on the truck. Super dissatisfied with the scheduling team. Will not rent again through this company. Locations in general for pickup and drop off were nice and easy.
DORIAN DThe trailer was not road worthy, the leaf springs had obviously been broken for a long time because of the rust that was present. (see photos we submitted for roadside assistance).
