SUSANA MCSWEENEYEasy drop off, went in and told them I was dropping off a trailer. They asked if there was any problems with it and if I had any troubles. Then told me to drop it off around back and there was someone waiting around the building to guide me to where they wanted it placed. Got the message about 2 minutes after leaving that it was returned and everything worked out smooth.

HENRYXAVIER RUEDAWe ordered a 15’ truck, got there and checked in on our phone. We were given a code for the lock box, retrieved the key and was told to go to a truck given a number and location of the truck. Went to that truck and the key didn’t work for it. I texted the help option in the check in starting key wasn’t started the truck. Looked around the lot and the number on the key matched another truck in the lot but not the number we were given or the location of the truck that we were given. We tried the other truck and the key worked. However this truck was a 10’ truck, no ramp. Caused issues for us as it was smaller than we had ordered. Had to get help from friends that we weren’t planning on needing last minute. This was my first time using uhaul and it was an awful experience. The fact that there wasn’t a number displayed on the check in to call for assistance didn’t help. This then caused issues at drop off. Overall not a good experience at all

Randolph KingThis location has limited in-person hours. The self check-out app is horrible. It took 45 minutes to check the vehicle out because the app was so glitchy. It kept going back to the beginning, not registering information and pictures that were input. We called 1-800-Uhaul for assistance and were put on hold for 15 minutes and then got hung up on. The person responding to the live chat eventually helped process the check-out, however no one was available through live-chat when we returned the truck. It took us another 20 minutes to go through the return process using the app. My phone had 4 bars. I don't know why the service was so bad with this app but I would not use it again!
Rosemarie HughesThe customer service at the location was rude and obnoxious. It was also full of broken glass on the back of the truck that was supposed to be cleaned out. The brakes need to be changed and the transmission seems to be slipping.

David DamelioI placed the reservation for 9am pickup via 24/7 smartphone pickup. When I arrived at the location at 9am, I was told I could not complete my 24/7 pickup until the location opened at 9:30am and the truck could be "hand delivered". Considering that I never selected "hand delivery," this delay was extremely frustrating. Luckily I was expecting to pickup at 9am and not earlier, so it was only a 30 minute delay. Not sure why I was allowed to waste my time selecting an early time and 24/7 pickup when this is apparently NOT an option at this location.

Robert WickertMobile pick up was horrible, product o requested wasn’t in the truck, nobody told me I had to pay for gas and charging $5.50 a gallon is ridiculous, they didn’t put my doley or furniture pads on truck, I called customer service and they weren’t helpful and then said they would credit my reservation $50. I didn’t get that when I returned the truck. I would like my $50 credit and gas cost back
