Abril Galindoonline process - make renter aware of requirements BEFOREHAND while making reservation. To have requirements for verification like reference, employer, passport without making renter aware beforehand is BS. I could have had info available... instead wasted 1/2 hour screwing around with that. Also, the word locks are complete POS! What was a decent experience went down the toilet trying to open that damn lock! I tried shielded word locks in my business and junked them since they are such a pita to open... AND you all know that they are crap. I had to call to get help to open and CSR knew exactly what I was talking about. wasted another 1/2 hour screwing with damn lock in the dark at a site that in the dark is a bit sketchy...

Manuel ParedesTrailer was old and falling apart. Drop off location had to help us prey the roll up door to get it open because it came off track. Boards on interior walls were broken. Floor of trailer was extremely dirty. Very bad experience.

August SilvaThe rental attendant was late in arriving, due to having got up to a flat tire. Sadly, she missed a couple of potential customers, and hopefully they came back before she closed. But she was very nice, and very apologetic about the delay. Overall, everything worked out fine.

GREGORY RAYMONDFlat tire upon pickup. Had to change enroute and cost me $40. Blankets piled in the back unfolded. Storage area was dirty. Cab was clean. The best thing was the nice new truck with only 11,600 miles on it and plenty of blankets even if they were dirty and unfolded.

Maria Flores-HarrisNo signs advertising Uhaul to make it stand out as a drop off/pick up location. Yard is crowded with vehicles being repaired and makes it hard to drop off large trucks. Lady at the counter was helpful.

JENNIFER OOLEMANVery difficult to find location, esp when the area is new to people. I had the most issues with the Uhaul App & customer service. App wasn't working properly & after being on hold for about a hour, the service rep hung up on me. The overall experience from start to finish was frustrating. A few employees did help as much as they could throughout but it was just a big headache on an already busy day. Very disappointing. Never had so many issues with Uhaul. Hiring more staff all at livable wages would help drastically.

Roger CoxTruck was unacceptable! Back was nasty! Look like eggs were broken and left in the heat! Inside cab had liquid (like coke) were all over floor and cup holder on dash and center console! Picked up trailer from another location, people were friendly there. Very disappointed in U-Haul. Wish there was a way to upload pics.

Rosie MarquezCustomers were not informed of them being closed over Memorial Day weekend for 4 days. Dropped off equipment and left unused boxes in the trailer. Never got my money back for them. So much for the “100% Buy Back guarantee”! If this isn’t fixed, I’ll not being using Uhaul to move again.
Andrew Johnsononly down side is then online. pickup was approx 30min not toobad. but drop off was a nightmare attempted for 45 plus miniutes to use online drop off. then another 30 calling 1800 number just to get truck droped off.

Demetria OlajideI reserved the uhaul online and I did not add insurance. We have insurance through our company. When I arrived at the Phillips Texaco, the lady was very unfriendly and really kind of rude. She added insurance on the uhaul and I did not catch it, which was my fault of course, but she should have asked me or called it to my attention. The guy that installed was so slow it was like he was moving in slow motion. Then we had to trade trailers because one of the brake lights was burn out, again, very slow. I will not use this location again.
Tammy ClementsI thought I could drop the trailer off at a U-Haul of my choosing. I was wrong. When I dropped it off at the location most convenient to me, after already unhooking trailer and driving around front, the owner of that location told me to take it elsewhere. It was rude and definitely not good customer service. It would be good to know that you cannot use a drop off of your own choosing. Thank you.
