The truck I got initially was too large. I came in the next morning to return for a smaller one. I hadn’t driven or moved the truck at all. Was charged $60 for the “night” didn’t argue with it- but if you’re asking me what you could do to improve = be more flexible for returns. That was excessive. I traded from 26’ to 15ft.

Everyone was so polite and friendly and efficient. Almost everything was explained to me ahead of time, and when I had questions while on the road I was able to call the office and I got a quick response to my questions about the equipment I was driving. I will absolutely rent from this location in the future. I have told friends, family and neighbors about my very positive experience.

Rep that hooked my trailer up was rude, threatening tone towards me when I stated I may have a possibility of needing to disconnect while having it multiple days (I ended up not disconnecting it) and come to find out when I checked it in, chains or something was not connected according to the uhaul standard according to the rep as he guessed I disconnected it. When you are in a customer service business, you should not forget who the customer is as we have options to take our business elsewhere.

First truck that was given to me had a steering issue. Had to return it for a different (smaller) truck. When I advised the assistant, she said she knew it had bad steering but “they won’t do anything about it until the vehicle actually dies”. It truly was a safety that they didn’t seem at all bothered by. Second truck had a major gash out of the tire that they “didn’t notice”. Had to then take a third vehicle that was not clean, had food in from a previous renter. Overall, a bad experience.

The process for checkin out and in a vehicle takes too long. You should have a copy of my license, employer, and alternate contact on file and verified. We I get to the rental location, I should be able to open the rental app, take a picture of my face, get the truck number, find the truck, get approved, get the lock box code for the key, take a picture of the mileage and fuel gauge (only if NOT correct), verify any reported damage, photo of any unreported damage, and drive off. I should have to wait 10-15 minute for a remote agent to "approve" my rental, and I shouldn't have to go in the store and wait for the clerk to finish with other customers to get the key..

The check-in clerk was very friendly in the morning the clerk in the afternoon was a bit upset that we wanted to wait for her to check the return in before we left and was a bit rude.
