No one could help me when I arrived to pick up the truck. They open at 10 but the ONE person who works that counter did not arrive. They finally called the owner and he completed the transaction via telephone. The same situation when I returned. I waited 15 minutes and then was told just to leave the key.

They would not come out and help me unhook the Uhaul trailer. Told me I was on my own. I am 7 months pregnant and on restrictions. They told me I could sit in the parking lot and wait on "a regular " to come along and help me. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I have rented from this location before and they made me hook my trailer up myself, not knowing what to do at all. I will NEVER EVER go back there again nor will I send anyone there.

2nd use of this location. Not happy either time. Only reason used was for location, will drive more miles for better service.

While the location and employees were great, I had a terrible experience with the 24/7 pickup. I reserved an 8:30pm pickup, but when I went to the location the app told me that the 24/7 Truck Share needed to be done in person and told me to wait until they opened the next day. I had to find a babysitter and come back the next day and then I still could not use the app to pick up my truck, and it forced me to convert my reservation to an in-person pickup. Then I had to go inside and wait in line for my reservation I should have been able to pick up the night before. I wasted time and gas on what I was hoping to be a smooth experience.

We had no issue with the location, but with the UHaul 24/7 process we did. Our family used the 24/7 rental twice in a 9 day period and it was very a stressful both times. I would not recommend this service. You can contact us for specifics

U-Haul had no fault in this transaction. The person who rented the truck the day before refused to return it so we were unable to rent a truck from this location. The gentleman did help us locate a truck (in another county), which added time and mileage.

There was no ac in my truck. I was on a serious schedule and did not have the time to look for a different truck so I had to take it. I was guaranteed a fully functioning truck at a certain time and that was unfortunately not met. I have requested reimbursement and have been told I have to wait 3-5 business days before I receive an email that will tell me if uhaul will even refund me. I’ve used uhaul for years to transport my artwork. Multiple times this year already. I will be extremely disappointed if this issue is not addressed properly.

The truck had very high mileage, no AC, and the driver side door could not be unlocked from the outside. The equipment was adequate for what I needed, but not having AC was very disappointing.

This location is the only place I rent from UHAUL, which I've done about 3 times in the last year. The service here is friendly, helpful and professional so I can only rate them high but I don't know how the service is at other locations.

The truck was had 148,000 miles of apparent rough treatment. The headligh switch was broken there were various dings and such. The was not a local truck and was tagged for Arizona. So obviously had not been near its home base. The location was good about taking the info on truck condition. The truck drove fine but on way to location the oil light came on. I had driven less than 30 miles.

Reserved at Richmond Road Lexington KY location. UHaul representative called when I was almost there and said that 6x12 Cargo was not available but there was one available in Nicholasville, KY several miles away. I said I understood and headed to the new location to pickup trailer, staff was professional, efficient and equipment ready and clean. Thank you. Is it possible to get a future one day rental discount for having to go to another location? If not that is ok, but it's Christmas and never hurts to inquiry. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

this is shady as hell. first i get there and the guy changes my contract, then tries to charge me different rate. He said he uses this vehicle for his personal business. I rented from uhaul not him. He tried to change the rate and mileage per mile. I showed him my contract from uhaul and he changed back. He said said return there. I called uhaul and they changed back and messaged me the drop point in frankfort since 108 for bring back to original vs dropping in frankfort 114. I dropped same day not 5 days later. I called uhaul and told them vehicle was dropped. it is logged in their system. I left it with a full tank of gas as well not under half. I dealt with uhaul before i will never leave a vehicle without having a full tank so you cant charge me for BS. I put barely 40 miles. one time one way from Nicholasville to Frankfort. 37 miles from point a to point b I have filed and inquiry. There are recorded calls of all the issues i have had. i expect the charges to be dropped back to original charges. These bogus massive charges, 859-382 -0480

The windshield was so cover with dead bugs that I had difficulty seeing out of it at night. The insides cab was clean. The area where my things were placed was completely covered with dry mud that had to be cleaned before I was willing to put my furniture in it. I will never rent from this place again. Donna Thomas

Truck and rental experience was great. Only issue I see and not a big deal but the allocated mileage was the exact miles from starting point to ending point, Did not take in consideration for rental location pickup to starting point and ending location to return rental point,, seems like with that there will always be mileage overage to charge for,
