PABLO MMy location was changed last minute to here, which was farther from my destination than the previous location and so I used more miles. I also picked up the truck with about 3/4 of a tank and as soon as I rolled onto the street the tank went down to 1/2 so even though I only drove 4 miles I had to put $20 of gas in the car, about 6 gallons.
Rebecca MThe worker was outside checking another truck as I pulled in. The outside area looks very well kept and he knows what he was doing when I arrived to drop it off.
JOSELITO DGetting the key was a long process . Chatting with the customer services person wasn't quick responses. Sometimes you couldn't tell if the chat dropped off .

MIGUEL LI paid to rent 2 utility and furniture dolly's I did not receive them. I'n additional to my u haul rental, I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours. Because of the missing dolly's the movers were not able to complete move in time and I had to pay another fee for them to complete my move the next day. This was very unfortunate for me because I had expected and I paid for everything to get done that same day. It was not. I already spoke whit someone on the u haul chat name Heather. I am expecting some type of refund for this unnecessary inconvenience.

MARISOL WAfter we rented it for 5 day. Florida to Texas. On our way back in the rain the trailer leaked and ruined some of our stuff and soaked everything in the trailer. They should check the trailers better than they do.

Victor DThe truck was dirty. I pointed that out to the agent. I also had trouble with the truck and it died on us had to get road side to help and decided to take it back. On the way back it turned off again luckily it stared up after a few tries and we took it back. Even though I called the 1800 help line told them about the issue she noted the account them people at PMS still charged me. They dont care about customers to them you are just a number and a dollar bill.

Jorge RThey charged me an insurance of 15 dollars that I didn't even ask for, and I had clearly said no, the fuel was slow and the tube had to do everything again and I charged an insurance that I didn't ask for, others charged extra gas since I'm sure they delivered with the casino on the line that was

Ricky TThis was the 3rd U-Haul location I had to visit in a day to get a truck that I had on reservation for several weeks at another location. This locations manager was great, etc. But U-Haul failed me big time on this day. I had reserved a truck for 4 days 5 minutes from the location I needed it (on Irlo Bronson Hwy), but this location was a good 45 minutes away. Terribly disappointed in U-Haul. I have several storage units at the other location as well. The second location I was sent to, had the truck, but the lady running the front desk couldn't find the key. She then sent me to this location.
