JACQLYNN RILEYSeriously overcharged, over $200 for a 10 ft truck, 32 mile drive. They didn't even acknowledge that we dropped it off with more gas than we left with. You can't read the emailed receipts explaining why it was so expensive. I'm not going back.

JIM SELLERSNobody at this location! I went there in morning about 10:00 then came back at 2:30. Nobody ! Can hardly tell it’s a dealer except for the one trailer out front. They also charged me for cleaning ! Had a picture of some dirt in back of a trailer. Could be any trailer ! I swerved it out !!

Robert HaareThe check in was not correct. They charged me the incorrect amount of miles and the man had to call the person in charge at another location to have him fix it. Dropping off the vehicle was easy but a little difficult taking pics in the dark.

Roger Babbittpaperwork!!! only needed trailer for a local trip to haul a mower to our church. took 20 minutes to do the paperwork. was on the road 40 minutes after i started the process. was around noon, still had trailer back before 4. cheap enough, wish there was an express rental, to skip a lot of the unnecessary stuff.
Jason BakerI have an issue, which is no fault by the dealer as they were very friendly, but this dealer was not open on Sunday when we were supposed to return it. We were charged $54.00 for an additional day and insurance. I shouldn't have to pay for an additional day because they were not open. Please respond to this matter quickly. Thank you.
DAWN DEBOERMy requested original reservation location was not able to meet my needs for a truck. I drove 50 miles in the opposite direction to pick up a truck. Although the location pickup was GREAT, the staff was extremely friendly...it just was a bit inconvenient as we were on a schedule.

Angela DurbinThis location had only been a UHaul dealer for about a week. They substituted for a UHaul location in Peoria where I had reserved my trailer. They didn't have the dolly and furniture pads that I had requested in stock yet. They were very nice and accommodating, though.
