You can uphold the reservations you promise. No one told me I might have to pick up the truck and trailer in a little town in the middle of nowhere! What's the point of making a reservation at all? I am very upset about the fact I had to take a whole day to get the equipment I reserved instead of the 30 minutes total It should have taken. The manager, Mr Reynolds, was outstanding in every way! He was pleasant, professional and even called me to make sure I had made it back to Pullman, WA. It was neither him nor his service that were unsatisfactory. The problem was the location of the pick up! On the day before my move I was called and told I had to drive to St Mary's, Idaho to pick up the truck and trailer. It took me over 4.5 hours round trip to drive there and back, instead of the 20 minute round trip location for which I had reserved. I had to buy two tanks of gas instead of one, and the fact that it took away my last day of moving preparations to simply pick up the equipment completely threw me off schedule and added unnecessary stress to an already stressful time! I'm very unhappy about this fact.

Moscow, ID was supposed to be my pick up location. I was flat out pissed that U-Haul made me drive 3 hrs to pick up a truck that was booked plenty early. Moving is stressful enough and your lack of concern for the customer was obvious.

Please let me know more days in advance if you don't have any trucks at my preferred pick-up location. This location was 60 miles away from me and it took 3 hours to pick up the truck. Had I known I needed to pick up the truck here further in advance, It would've been easier to plan around it

The only thing is that there are multiple buildings in the area, I I didn't see an uhaul sign so had to ask a person walking by which office to go to to return the trailer...maybe I just missed the sigh as the location being a uhaul dealer..

I would not recommend uhaul. The drop off location was still not updated correctly after the second, in-store, attempt. There were almost $200 charges for taxes that must have been in very fine print on some tab when I reserved the vehicle online. The computer system was not working correctly upon returning the vehicle, and I trusted the gentleman's oral acceptance of the condition of the vehicle and that the check-in would not have more charges added to my Visa card. Well, they hecked it in the next day and charged me over $30 for gas that I was not aware it needed. I would have had no problem filling the tank with 4 additional gallons and returning it again, especially since I brought it in a day early and was not in a rush.

The inside of the trailer, the floor was very wet. We had to put plastic and blankets down on it so our belongings didn't get wet. The owner/manager is great, courteous and very professional. I will definitely use this location again when we need a Uhaul.

The service was friendly. However, U-Haul screwed me over by not having a truck and dolly at the original location I had selected. I had to drive 1.5 hours to pick up the truck/dolly when I was informed (the day before pick up) that a vehicle would not be available at the location in Moscow, ID. I am extremely displeased with U-Haul and will never be using your services again.

i saw they did have trucks in moscow location which is only 8 miles from me, but they said it is for in town use only and asked me go to somewhere which is 80 miles away from me. And i bought some wardrobe boxs from moscow location, and they were not willing to help, the worst thing is they forgot to give the hanging bar to me which made my moving experience even more painful, it pissed me off and made me do not want to work with u haul any more.There were 3 workers, and i saw one of them took a early off at 1pm which makes the line extremely long. i waited about half an hour in the line.

Drop-off dealer had to figure out how to deal with equipment I never received still being on the contract. It was only a $10.00 item but pick-up dealer should have removed it from contract when she didn't have it in stock.

The reservation was for 2,800 miles and the oil change was at 10%. What dealer would send a vehicle out for 2800 miles with only 10% oil life remaining? In addition, my reservation was for a pickup on 8/29. My wife found out that he was going to be closed from 8/27 through 9/1 with no one available at his location. Why wasn't I informed of this closing when I made my reservation. He delivered the vehicle on 8/27 with 2 free days, but this closing of a location is unacceptable.
