Teah employee how to ring up trucks way over charged me. Took forever to get compensated back. Because they imputed wrong information.
David MI have used U-Haul many times and have never had as many issues as I had this time. Not even when an employee connected the trailer incorrectly and when we pulled out it disconnected and hit our car. This time I selected a pick up and drop off and they deleted my entries and changed them unbeknownst to me. They called and said we dropped off at the wrong location but said they would take care of it as good will because of the deletion and re-entering of my information. However, we went 18 miles and had the truck for around seven hours and they are trying to charge me for 107 EXTRA miles and 2 days. Then when I contacted the gentleman to point this out he was not very polite a said he would look at it again snd it's been over 10 hours and I still haven't heard back.

DAMON HUsed the key box drop to leave truck late Sunday. By 7:50 am Monday I had email notification the truck had been processed and checked in. Very efficient. I called Performance Monday at 10 am to make sure everything thing was good and was told no problems, all good by a very cheerful man.
Martha Sabsolutely the worst experience in vehicle rental. I delivered the truck at the location specified and on time. Why is there a charge for mileage? 61 miles? I took the most direct route available via my GPS. Additionally, there's a charge for 12 packing blankets which were not provided to me when the vehicle was picked up. I had originally ordered blankets for the rental, but the fiasco of trying to get the truck checked-out on 5/25 in Jonesville location took over 45 minutes and I did not receive the blankets. I will be disputing all of these charges with my credit card company if I am not promptly refunded for these unnecessary and unwarranted charges.

ROGER FEverything was great. The truck was clean, and we were surprised that it was good on gas for a truck. They made it easy to return it after hours. It was very easy to get the rental, too. No problems.
Catherine CWish you guys would be more upfront about the cost. When I make the rental, I was quoted 60ish dollars but ended up paying nearly 100. That was rather frustrating.

Gerald OThe staff and the equipment were 100%. I was able to move in less than 24hrs… I must say everything worked out according to plan except at the very end .. Not the fault of uhaul but my own… after I dropped off the equipment which was after hours I removed my personal items from the cab of the truck.. I was very confident I had gotten everything I then dropped the key into the drop box…As I drove away I noticed I had accidentally left the cab light on… I called and left a message on the business voice mail… I feel terrible for being so forgetful…. Sorry….
john cAlways pleased with service and support from Performance Automotive staff. I'm not impressed with UHaul negligence installing a means to safety lift the tongue and hitch of their cargo trailer. It's weight requires a jack and Uhaul failed in design to provide.

Robert GThere was a lot of run around in the week or two prior to pickup, with someone at corporate, as to where I was going to have to go to get the trailer I rented online in Jonesville. She was very nice and went out of her way to help me but where I was going to have to go to get the trailer was a constantly moving target until about a day or two out. This shouldn't happen. If one goes on the website and picks a location, either the item is there or it isn't. I shouldn't have to keep changing my plan because you tell me I can rent a trailer in one place online and then call me with two or three different locations as far as forty minutes from where I scheduled pickup.

Justin RGreat help and customer service. Will use again when in need of the service. Used U haul on our move to Michigan from Florida three years ago. If you use your service a lot can you get any discount on the charge per mile ?

waneta dThe gentlemen that helped us with our rental went above and beyond the call of duty. Although a previous customer left the truck muddy, the merchant at Performance in Jonesville, MI swept and cleaned it as much as possible for us and gave us extra blankets to protect our furniture. The truck was in excellent condition and drove extremely well.

Maged HEmployees were fine, but truck bed was dirty, brakes sqeal when stopping and suspension was terrible. Truck bounced all over the road.
