Saegertown drop off location was contacted numerous times prior to renting the trailer. I left messages with each call. I have still yet to receive a return call. I dropped the trailer off on 12/21/21, which was 4 days early from my scheduled return date. I received an email on 1/3/22 from your vehicle recovery center stating the trailer was not returned. Imagine my surprise. I returned to the drop off location that same day and the trailer had been moved from where I left it. I then contacted the recovery unit advising them the trailer was there. I offered to take the trailer to another location and was told corporate would take care it. I was then told the drop off location did not log in the return of the trailer. I will not be utilizing or recommending the Saegertown location.

When picking up truck/equipment, know one was there and the app/website did not have the code to the lock box. Called the local location number multiple times and each time the hung up on me. Had to call the U-Haul main number to get ahold of someone.
