Neil Wthe person in charge of the rental was not in the office. The person in the office that day had to call him. We waited about 15 minutes then the rental person did everything over the phone. We finally obtained the van key from the person in the office. We then had to scrape all the snow off the windshield and do the walk around ourself using my cell phone. The person in the office was in a hurry to get back into the office because it was cold and he left us to get on with the cell phone check-in. When we returned the van, the business was closed and the UHaul drop box for the key, had no lock on it so anyone could have taken the key! We ended up having to call the UHaul 1-800 number again and tell them what we had to do with the key.
