The nice woman at the front desk was very friendly.

ALEXES Mcomment is not specific to either pick up or drop off locations but related to the equipment itself. The tongue weight of the empty trailer we rented must be in excess of 200 lbs--far too heavy for most people to lift onto their hitch. There needs to be a frame jack for the larger trailers.

MARYANN LWhile I was directed by U-Haul to return the trailer I rented to this location, I felt bad dropping off here because the shop was overcrowded with recent returns. Moreover, it seems the shop owner hadn't been informed ahead of time that another trailer was headed his way. Also, I needed help unhitching, and in his frustration the owner begrudgingly assisted me. As a customer, I don't like being in the middle, and it sure felt that way.
WENDY ZCalled and told there was no tuck available, and then that the location was closed, despite having a contract for that truck at that location. Ended up getting a larger truck, which we didn't want/need with zero concession from haul. Truck on 1/4 tank of gas at pick up and truck bed not cleaned out. Will never rent from haul again.
Barb GThis is the 2nd time I've dropped off there and no one was available- I had to call the 800 # and it took 30mins to reach a human to make sure I could actually drop it off - the internet auto reply said I had to wait till Monday- that person o. The phone was very helpful
LETITIA WI had a reservation for a 10 foot truck and a car transport in Gwinn, Michigan. U-Haul called on Monday and asked if I could pick up the equipment in Marquette instead; I asked if they could verify that the truck and the trailer would be there. When I arrived at the location, which took me over two hours drive to get to Uhaul, the trailer was not there? I was still charged for a tow dolley, which I never touched. A few miles after driving, the check engine light came on. I called the number at the bottom of the receipt because it states, if you have questions or problems, call. When I called the gentleman he said he didn't know why I was calling him. Ultimately I was charged for a truck AND a tow dolly. I NEVER RESERVED or RENTED A TOW DOLLY!
SHAWN AThe only reason I didn't give 5 star on location is the lack of space in the parking lot. Great staff though, easy renting and returning. Great overall experience.
JAMES MBe aware there’s no weekend pick-up Since my original location for pick up was changed at the last minute, the guys at Pepp motors did a GREAT job doing their very best to accommodate my needs very quickly with very little time and information from U-haul I won’t use U-haul for any future needs Thanks to Pepp Motors for assisting me
Lori NThe online checkin process was useless. Finally got our rental 3 hrs later. When we arrived at our final destination it was much later than expected and our helper had gone home. You need to improve your online services.

Christopher DWhen dropping off, a receipt was never emailed to me. I tried to call Uhaul and waited for 40 minutes before hanging up and waiting for Uhaul to call me back. I was still never able to speak to a representative. I am not sure if the return process was completed as I am still waiting for confirmation email.

Melissa MThe only issue I had was with the app. I had to call costumer service to get my rental added into my account. But after that, I still didn't have the option to pick up my truck. But after getting transferred to the correct department, the costumer service team was able to walk me through everything and we got the truck. It did take 45 min, so we got a later start then intended, but it all worked out ok.

Calvin hLock on the U-Haul was malfunctioning, could not get it to work. I was very unsatisfied with the u-haul application and went past my 3 hour time limit of the rental which if I get charged additionally for I will be unhappy.

MANUEL CThe mobile 24/7 pickup/dropoff was annoying and hard to navigate. If the account is in your name and you have another person listed ANYWHERE you can't use them as a secondary contact. We were however able to extend our rental past the original amount of time we expected to need free of charge and that was very handy.

Torie TPepp Motors Uhaul location forgot to put a key in the lockbox and set up my rental as a mobile pickup. I waited on hold for an hour until I was able to talk to someone who switched my reservation to another truck. The service associate was very helpful and stayed on the phone until I had the keys in hand.

Russell FThere needs to be information on how long it will take to pick up the truck. We had a reservation at 9, but didn't leave until almost 9:45 due to all the verifications. Perhaps making it easier to do some things a head of time, or being upfront that it will likely take 30 mins before you can leave with the truck. It was frustrating to have to wait around for someone to call us.
Sally HIf the location isn't open for business on a scheduled return date. Customer should be able to return on next that establishments next business day without any additional charge. As far as U-Haul as a company the rates you advertise are completely misleading.
Ted MThe 24/7 pick up and drop off system was terrible. The app never worked properly all the way through the process either on pickup or drop off and the wait time to speak with someone at customer service was ridiculously long. What should have taken "a few minutes" according to your video took more than an hour. It was a terrible system and will keep me from ever using U-Haul again if I can avoid it!
MARK DProvide a better warning about how you get locked out of the pickup process if you're not within 15 minutes of the pickup. I had to spend 20min with customer service to reschedule my pickup because I had scheduled an hour earlier than realized, and then another 15 when the app crashed and didn't give me the key box number or access code so I could get my key.
Harrison BThe people at Paps Auto were super helpful and even helped me remove my old hitch that was rusted in to put on the ball hitch I needed for the trailer. they went above and beyond, would give 6 stars if it was possible.

BRENDA MBe more transparent. When a customer asks "What do I have to do when I drop the trailer off?" (Seeing how drop off was planned after hours), should mention the virtual check-in. Yes, it is in the very fine print but, purposely ommiting that step when asked just to make a quick $20 is poor business practice.
