The location was supposed to be open at 10am and no one was in the office and we were locked outside the gates. It took awhile to figure out the return through the website which took several times to actually work and go to the photos to complete the return.
Kenneth FDo not use this site. I was scheduled to pick up my rental at 0700. I did not get it until 1000. U-Haul customer service had to intervene. The location’s manager did not return my call until 1130.
Keith LWhen I arrived at the location, the man at the reception desk was massaging his bare, swollen and infected looking feet. He had no idea he had a truck and that a reservation was made for it. I had to wait 2+hours to leave with the truck, which had two tires leaking air from the time I left the location. One tire was replaced Friday before my departure for a 13hour drive-this took over 2 and a half hours. I asked the repair man if he thought the front left tire also looked a bit low-he checked and put air into it. It continued to leak my whole trip, at one point reading 35PSI when it was supposed to be 80PSI. This made my trip dangerous, nervewracking, and caused me decreased gas mileage. Getting the truck returned and out of my hands was my priority after getting it emptied. The front left tire was replaced in PA at my apt building, but the man parked right behind the truck w his repair vehicle, costing me another two hours time that I could have been unloading. To add insult to injury, and WAS CHARGED $16.00 EXTRA For "WRONG DROP-OFF" when I should have had my entire bill refunded. THis was a nightmare experience. I have rented from U-Haul before and nothing about this experience measures up to their customary standards.

Chandra HWhen I made the reservation I wasn’t told about self check in/ out . Don’t even how that works . So. When I got there the guy in office ask me if I got link to video. No I hadn’t do he called someone and I got it. He told me all I had to do was watch it and it will show me how to return truck. So I get truck . About 10 minutes or so I get a call asking if I’m still picking up truck. I said yes I have now she ask from what location and I told her and she said ok looks like you have 2 reservations and she closed that one ? So I go to return truck and what a mess it was it took me an hour to get resolved and customer service has to check the truck because I tried to check it in when I brought it back because I thought the guy had checked me out when he told me where to get key. And the lady must of cancelled wrong reservation because I kept getting reservation cancelled . Your reservations department need to be much more clear and explain to customer what they have to do. Oh and I got another call the day after I return truck asking I still wanted. Again I told her I already got. And that after noon I got text saying my truck was due back in 3 hours at 2 pm . ?????

Paul HGet rid of John. He is abrupt and has no CDR skills. He didn't have blankets dolly he did not do a walk around only to find the driver's side outside rear tire was flat. I've seen other reviews on his character and there unacceptable.

Rodney MI thoroughly enjoyed my customer service person, John. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find another location when the lights didn't appear to work. I went and got my fuse replaced and returned back to his location. Excellent customer service person.

Virginia FMy experience was great. Jerome, the agent that helped me was fabulous.Has great conversation. He took his time to make sure that I had all I needed with my reservation. He even called to check on me because I rented during the snow and ice storm that hit during the 3rd week of January.
John and Paul are angels ??. They went out of their way to accommodate me when cargo elevator was broken. And more than made up for the inconvenience. They also have the best prices in town! Would definitely recommend them.

DEMETRA BI feel like I could have taken my business else where. The gentleman said move the truck on level ground for the gas meter, which we did. Picture 1 shows our out mileage with gas & Picture 2 shows what we returned at. I went into the uhaul place after getting the paper work & asked the gentleman was the meter correctly on 3/8 & he advised to return the same way the picture shows. When finalizing the bill I was charged 15.00 for gas. Which I'm not understanding why .. Please advise Tamika brown 504 417 8148 I can't send the pics pleaae assist
Tamika BThe person in the office did not check the truck in when it was brought back causing me to pay double for less than 24 hours because he was in the office resting. At least that's what he said. Horrible customer service!

Keema FI only use 5 mile the gas was were it was suppose to be. I brought it back on time and they charged me account for filling up the uhal i called the fat white man in the office he said thats how it was but why wait two days to charge me if it was right they have cameras that need to be reviewed to see who and when the uhal was moved and why. This office needa to be investigated

The only problem I had was that he told me I could take it to any location in Snellville, but I later got a text saying I had to take the truck to a specific location, which ended up being further away from the location I was originally planning to take it to. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. The process of doing my reservation was what was unsatisfactory.

Cynthia WI had an awful experience. I was schedule to pick up Tow Dolly from 7719 c Covington Hwy. Lithonia, GA @10AM. However, when I called11:30 am to inform the location, of my arrival time of 2-2:30 he stated he already made plans and would not return until 3:30pm. I rearranged my schedule and waited until 4:05pm. I contacted U-Hual several times to complain. I requested a new store location. I eventually got a call from original reservation person at 5:10pm. I will be contacting U-Haul directly. The second reservation location staff was very helpful.

Christina SJohn was very rude. Definitely was not organized. Tried to handle many tasks at once, and unable too. Charged me for service that did not apply to me. Stated a refund would be back onmy card by tuesday (this was saturday when he told me) Today is Wednesday and stil NO refund. Was NOT helpful. Looks very incapable of doing his job. The day I got the uhaul he stated "I never want to take more money from people, I want to take less. So if there are any concerns let me know." He did the opposite. He took more money, and when I called him with my concerns about my money he had the nerve to yell at me as if I was taking his money, and told me he would not help me if I didnt shut up. This office needs more staff and professionalism.

DEIERA SThe truck needs to be serviced, an alignment. I believe that the quick turn around of the vehicles, without minimal maintenance, is a disservice to your customers. Customers should be required to leave gas amounts at the quarter mark instead of other locations. The guessing of the right level is to the discretion of the person intaking the truck and the person leaving the truck.
