Everything was super easy.
The truck was horrible , the transmission linkage came off and I couldn't shift into drive or reverse. I was delayed a hour and I had to ask a friend to help get me going . I tried calling the 800 U Haul number and I was on hold 18 minutes. Definitely a bad experience
Overall my experience was great! I was done in no time. I literally registered on my phone and went inside just to get the key. That's what I call expedited service. :-)
Your Representative Cynthia was great...represents your company well
Everything was done so professionally I would use this location again

I've to say that I have had a great rental experience at this location and it's mostly in part to Brad; he goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs! He's friendly, professional, courteous and has each and every time provided me with top notch, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Second I used this location and will recommend to anyone
We made a reservation for a location that was 3 mi. from our home. We were on a time crunch and when we arrived at that location were informed that the rental would be at a different location-15 mi away- claiming we were called. NEVER HAPPENED! Moving day is already difficult and stressful without adding anything to it. Very frustrating. Very disappointed. Not sure how the charge for having the truck for less than 3 hours amounted to $124. Again, disappointed.
Effort free experience. No complaint whatsoever.
Ordered on line a 15 ft truck received a 20 ft truck. Would not make the correction even though they had 15 ft trucks available in the lot.

Tell them if they do not have a phone or bad eyesight, they need to go rent a truck somewhere else....

Everyone was so nice especially the young lady who rented me the truck. She is soooooooooooo cool. I really really like her. Great personality.

I honestly cannot make any suggestions because everything was perfect, e.g., making the reservation, checking in early online, picking up the truck and using the app, and returning the truck. I was truly VERY IMPRESSED. Keep up the great work because we will certainly rent from you again and will recommend you as well. And the young woman at the office was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient.

I was charged an extra $15 for going over 30 miles when I already paid over $1000 to rent a uhaul in the mist of this virus you would think people would care ! I neeed every dime ! That was messed up
They gave me the truck less than half tank then charge me to full it . Either I get refund or I will call my bank and dispute it

Potentially more than one employee being available. Under the conditions, she went out of her way to keep everyone informed but trying to process a rental, answer the phone, and tell someone about their rental unit lock seemed like too much.
Not A Thing other than having Brett and Cynthia giving an incentive per quarter Employee of Quarter raise,gift card,and or 8 hour administrative day off with pay. #ImJustSayin,..... Nothing Beats Failure,But A Try in 2020. Mister TJB
