Why charge someone for a fuel charge almost $80 worth, when I received the car completely on E. So I returned it on E and still was charged . This is a horrible place to rent a U-haul. They did not even notify me about anything just gave me the keys . Luckily I read the agreement and was able to see the part where I bring the car back with the same amount of fuel which I did and was still charged .

I was sent an email start my reservation was cancelled and i was in the rented van. Then when i went to drop of the van, they had to redo Everything as of i was starting from the beginning. It was very time consuming.

Tim WingateFirst, I want to say the people running this location are very sweet and kind. They mean well, but they took over an hour to get us checked in for our truck and I filled out most of the information online. One woman took about 30 min to take a photo of a drivers license, and they had to enter my phone number several times even though I did that online before coming. They’re great people but they don’t know anything about checking uhaul trucks in and out.
