Bryan(?), was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient in completing my reservation. Advised their operating hours and identified the return hours and policy's. Too bad we don't have his schedule, as I recommend going during his hours!!!
Edward G.Uhaul self check-in app was extremely flawed and would not let me complete the check-in due to numerous errors in process pictures. This was very frustrating as I attempted it multiple times while in the rain. Luckily the Uhaul facility went above and beyond to check it in the next morning.

ROBERT S.Everything worked as expected. I have to comments that I'd like to make. 1- The app is not easy to navigate and crashed many times. This needs to be looked at the customer's perspective. We have a time constraint, a lot to deal with and the time spent trying to understand the steps, vidros and crashes. Too many steps. The check in and out was definitely a move in the right direction. 2- The gas gauge accuracy. I made the point to check the amount the gas I had to refuel. I got the truck with 3/4 gas of thank and after reaching that point the gauge did not move. I end up filling it up to full. This is not just for the money, but we fell cheated. The expectation of a that it would be working properly and we would have to refill to the point that we picked up; no more or no less. I am not happy about that.

Kerry L.The vehicle was not good. The wheel cup is bulged inside the vehicle which makes thought to place items. Moreover it is sharp pointed metal so without cushion you can't transport any items. Parking space fits very limited. Parking the truck is also tough

Latisia G.I checked in online prior to picking up the trailer and it still took 20 minutes to check in once I got to the counter. Also, U-haul asks for too much personal information. Things like an emergency contact and their phone number. You do not need this information for a trailer rental. I've already had my identity stolen once and it makes me angry when companies require for unnecesary information.

And Sunday I made six phone calls where I talk to six different people over an hour that could not answer where I drop this trailer off. I then had to call back on Monday two more phone calls to finally get a lady named Gayle in traffic in Georgia who is excellent work on the computer and tell me where I need to go. Now I'm working To get reimbursed because they said I would have the trailer for 10 days and it should've only been for three days for my original reservation but did not notice in Mississippi they messed it up and put it for too many days

Sri Kalidas V.I originally did not pick this location and it did not say I would be switched to another location. This added to the amount of time required to pick up and return my rental. However this location was easier to pick up and drop off and offered after hours drop off.
John D.I rented a 10' truck and an appliance hand truck. The pick up time was 8:00 am, which was before the office opened, at this location. When I got there and picked up the truck, there was no appliance hand truck. I was on a tight time frame and had to stop at Home Depot to pick up boards to get a refrigerator in and out of the back of the truck.

Daniel G. P.After making advanced reservations it took 2 and 1/2 hours to check truck out. The person did not know what she was doing she called her supervisor 4 times and the uhaul company twice for questions regarding the check out process. After finally getting truck checked out and getting to my home the people that I had scheduled to help me move went home. I returned truck 30 minutes after checking out and uhaul charged me $6.00 for fuel and mileage.
Robert B.trailer was old and did not fit the car I was hauling. trailer brake hammer and left you with uncertainty. attendant at pick location did not help with hook up and trailer check out. not happy!

Kathryn S.I cannot explain in words the pain we went through this location. UHaul app provided access code to get into the gate to take the truck but once after renting the truck we were not able to get out of gate since nowhere gate code is given. We tried reaching customer care but nobody picked up. We were struck there 1.5 hours. Luckily some other customer came during that time who helped us to get out. She said she had the same issue like this but in a different location. It's a basic thing to provide access code for the customer who rent truck. Very poor service and it almost end up in calling 911 for the help. :(

I called again Saturday and Monday.....no response! I'm asking for a credit on the price!! And will have Our Visa to hold payment til this us resolved!!
