RANDOLPH DThe last 2 times I've rented from Uhaul they never have the equipment I ordered. The previous time, they didn't have the size truck I reserved nor did they have any dollies which I also reserved and they didn't bother to let me know they wouldn't have the equipment until I showed up. This time, they had the truck and it was fine (was nice that it had good A/C and cruise control) BUT again no dollies! No one called to tell me this either. Both times I had a deadline to get things done and moving things without a dolly is much more difficult and takes more time. Uhaul needs to NOTIFY CUSTOMERS if they are NOT going to have the equipment that was reserved. How hard is it to send me an email when you know you won't have dollies for the customers who reserved them. AND if you know you have 5 dollies and 5 customers reserved them, then you should NOT allow someone walking in to take one of those.
Susan DStaff was curtious enough but definitly not super helpful. We had to come back in a few times to ask questions about the truck and she kept saying "it's fine".

George SThe rental was great from when I walked in the door until I returned the tow dolly. The young lady that greeted me and helped out was so friendly and sweet. I got to talking about books and she and I spoke about several books and things. Just a nice visit. Not a whole lot of that around anymore. I can not remember for the life of me what her name was but please look up who was working that day and give her a call and thank her! The world world be a better place with more people like her in this world. You are lucky to have her as an employee .

Lane GTruck was absolutely filthy outside and in. I had to spend 30 minutes mopping what appeared to be oil out of the cargo area before I could start moving. Passenger compartment had cigar wrappers all in it and ashes overflowing the ash tray. The outside of the truck looked like it had been down a 100 mile dirt road in a monsoon. The only positive of the experience was that sales associate at the desk she was polite and great to work with.

Tamii WTHIS BUSINESS WAS A LIFE SAVER BECAUSE HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ASSIST MYSELF AND MY WIFE IN GETTING A TRAILER. I RESERVED WAS AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION BUT ADVISED THEY WASN'T OPEN FOR U-HAUL BUSINESS AND THEY DISPATCH WAS RUDE AND NO DAMN HELP EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION ADDRESS WAS 4140 WITH U-HAUL TRAILERS ON THE PROPERTY.

Charles SI dropped the trailer off at this location after hours the same day I rented it. I actually could have kept it for 2 more days since it was a Sunday but wanted to go ahead and turn it back in. In doing so I was charged a $20 after hours return. That's a little ridiculous. Very disappointed that U Haul would charge for returning a trailer early.

Andree RGirl in office was not knowledgeable. Was told one price but of course completely different. Was not acceptable that you received $45 in "extra" gas that I put in the truck so it wouldn't be so low like it was when I picked it up and received no credit for it. But if I would have brought it back below where I started you would have charged me a ridiculous rate for a "gas charge". This policy needs to be addressed. Will not use again.

Randy JThe truck was not checked before providing it to me. The truck had a tire that was nearly flat and was only found because I checked before leaving the lot. The person working told me I needed to take it to a shop they use to get it fixed. All of this should be taken care of beforehand, I wasted hours of my day dealing with the company's laziness.
STEVEN RGood service overall. Guy at the desk was easy to work with and very accomodating. Check tire inflation. Tow dolly tires were supposed to be inflated to 65 psi. One was 10 psi, and the other around 18.

GILBERT GCouldn't ask for better service. Knowledgeable, efficient, cooperative, easy to work with, went out of way to be helpful. Computers were extremely slow with UHaul program and had to do over because lost/froze at end first time done.
