We reserved a truck at the 15th Street location and they didn't have our truck. They moved us to the Northport location and they didn't have a truck until 5:00 that night. We had hired people to help move starting at 10. Very frustrating.Bob P.

I love using Uhaul! I've moved several times and the service has always been excellent!! I just want Uhaul to know that the truck had not been washed on the outside. There was mud splattered down the sides. This will not keep me from renting from Uhaul in the future. When I filled out the online return, one of the questions that I was asked: "is the truck clean for the next customer". I answered "no", because it was dirty on the outside when I picked it up. Had it not been for Pawn Royale working directly with us we would not of been able to make the move as time required as UHAUL corporate bounced us around as far as Birmingham (1-1/2 hours away) to get a unit. Very disappointing experience with UHAUL Corporate. VERY.Gregory F.

I have called and tried to fix things about 5-6 times through the last 3 days. Friday I was supposed to get my Uhaul at 9:30, I called the day before to confirm and make sure everything was good, and I was told the Uhaul would get to the pickup location at 9:00 and I was good. At 9:30 am (pickup time) my driver was called and said it would not be ready until 5 pm. That didn't work for me because I had already made all my plans around getting my Uhaul at 9 am and the driver was already an hour down the road on the way to pickup. I then rescheduled to Monday and reserved it for two days. My driver got there Monday and didn't get the furniture dolly or the blankets I paid for. Then I ended up retuning Uhaul after 12 hours of use (paid for 2 days). Then, in total, I get charged 150 extra just for the gas. We put more gas in and it was right around where I remembered the gas was at when I picked it up. I also got a $60 charge for missing/ damaged, I believe they were charging me for dollies and blankets that I never got! So I need to be refunded at least the $60 for â€œmissingâ€ dollies and for the original purchase of the dollies and blankets, I forget the exact price. I believe the gas being $150 extra was also too much considering we did put more gas in it. I know am currently on hold, and have been on hold for the past 45 minutes. PLEASE help and provide me with some assistance.Ryan K.

There was low amount of gas in the tank when I received the truck. Ideally there would be already enough to make the destination without filling the tank up.Oliver R.
First, when I made the reservation I was told I cop get a hitch at the pick-up location. I could not. This was a big inconvenience. Second, the trailer had not been cleaned out and when I arrived at my destination to load the trailer it was full of mildewed moving blankets.harrison G.

Had some issue with pick up of rental as I was not aware that there would not be anyone at the site location to check out the vehicle to me on 1/10/2021. However, after a call to the UHAUL Customer Support, the rep (Angel) walked me through the 24/7 process and I was off and running! BIG SAVE by UHAUL Customer Service!Steven C.

Truck cabin interior was clean. However the rear cargo floor was very dirty. Previous renter spilled something. Had I checked before leaving, I would have requested a different truck. Used flat boxes to cover area. Would NOT set my furniture on it directly. Otherwise truck was fine.James M.

When I arrived, on time, to pick up the truck, it was ready but the APP would not work. I was on the phone for almost an hour, most of this time, I was on hold, waiting for a customer service representative. My order was cancelled. I had to make a new This was not a good experience. don't switch me from one pick-up location to another without telling me, which you DID, and then stick me with a larger truck than I ordered, forcing me to adjust space within, drive a bulkier truck, and pay more for gas. Very upset.Larry S.

2 dozen furniture pads were placed inside the cab instead of in the back of the truck. When I picked it up, it was pouring rain and I had to pull the truck out and move the pads to the back while getting drenched.Scott M.

Staff at location very rude, unwilling to help. Was told I rented online and they don't handle issues with online rentals. Had trouble with online rental so I went outside of the store to finish checking in online and they closed the store at 3:45 pm as a walked out. Truck dirty and 2 of the 6 tires were very low and I had to take to mechanic for airing up as you cannot just put air in tires with duel wheels(needed special tool). Over all bad experience.Scott K.

The truck looked as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time. In this dangerous time it is URGENT that disinfecting be done on every truck or piece of equipment you rent. I was in fear of infecting myself with COVID-19 when I got inside the truck. I am a very careful person and this still made me nervous.Susan E.
