Was given this alternate location to pick up since there were no trucks available by my house. The gas tank was on empty and said it only had 22 miles left (the place I had to pick up was in Greenleaf which did not even give me enough gas to drive home). When I asked about having to document the chip in the windshield the guy said not to worry about it that he's pretty sure it's already documented that it was there. I don't want to get charged for it.STACEY J.
Good place but the drop off place in racine Wisconsin are scammers charged me 67$ and lied about the gas â›½ï¸ in the uhaul. I'm trying to pull up pictures I took .Israel C.
I did not personally drop off the trailer, the person I helped move did. They dropped it off on time and at the correct location. I got a call from uhaul a few days later saying they didn't show the trailer being dropped off and considered it late. Had uhaul call the location and it was there, they just hadn't checked it in.Jason C.

Will not use Uhaul company again nor will I recommend to a friend. We were "GUARANTEED" a 26ft truck at a different location (our preferred one). After three of us took off work, drove the four hours to our pick up location, arrived to pick up our truck on time-the site told us it wasn't there. We did not receive a phone call or email from Uhaul. We had to reach out to them, and then drive an additional two hours round trip to pick up a smaller truck. The only perk was we were given $50 off and an extra 75 miles. Extremely unprofessional. Additionally, when we originally booked, we were to get 230 miles so with an additional 75, we would have a total of 305 miles. When we returned the truck, we were charged for mileage, because our rental contract only said we were granted 149 miles. Never again.JONATHAN E.

I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas as instructed but received a receipt today saying the tank was only at 1/8 and they charged me $21 for gas (not seeing how it cost $21 to go from 1/8 to 1/4 when $30 gave me 3/4 from 1/4), plus a service fee. I dont usually complain or leave bad reviews but I'm very unhappy with this experience.Nicole G.

I will never use uhaul again. The ridiculous loops I had to jump through just to pick up the truck (really, I had to take my bandanna off of my head for them to see my face?), having to drive 50 miles out of my way to get a truck, having to drive 20 miles out of my way to drop off the truck instead of being given options as to where it would be most convenient, never speaking to a person other than the guy informing me I had to drive 50 miles to get a truck (100 round trip mind you) and let's not leave out the part that even though I never drove the truck anywhere than where I was supposed to, I STILL got charged for extra mileage. Maybe that had to do with the fact that 70 miles were completely unnecessary!!!! Ridiculous!!! First and last time using uhaul.Jessie R.
The pickup location was not what we've come to know of most other Uhaul locations. This appeared to be someones hobby, instead of a business. The trailer tongue was frozen in the ground, there wasn't a crank to lift the tongue, and no one came out to help hook the trailer up.jeremy N.

My experience was horrible and they didn't even know I was coming. A lot of lack of communication through this company, and I just got my bill and it is incorrect there is no way I used that many miles so I got over charged. Also I had to clean the truck off and there was little to no gas in it at all and I still got charge for gas. Will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone ever!elizabeth P.
The truck was great. The pick up process was a little weird. I had to complete it over the phone with a u-haul rep (very friendly & helpful). The truck was left open & unattended for the pick-up. I dealt with no one at the pick up location in person.MICHAEL B.

I had to drive 40 miles one way to pick up the trailer. Live in an area with over 100,000 people and multiple U Haul places and could not get a trailer locally.Mike F.

It took 45 minutes for check-out. The woman was on the phone being led screen by screen where to click and how to check us out. Our pickup location was also 30 miles away from where we lived - which made the process of picking up the U-Haul a 2 hour process. Absolutely ridiculous. The woman also told us if we returned the U-Haul early and with less miles we would get a partial refund. That didn't happen - so we rushed to unpack the u-haul and got nothing for our trouble. I don't know how these people are trained - but this service center was horrible.beth D.

Honor the reservation! Our equipment was not at the location where we reserved it and they sent us to another location 30 miles away and it was not there either! We had reserved a trailer 4 days in advance and we were unable to meet our connections due to extremely poor customer service. We will not use U-Haul services again.MARV C.

I was supposed to pick up my rental here, had a reservation and everything. Location was supposed to open at 9am, nobody showed up to open until 9:20. I was then informed that they had no trucks. They located another uhaul site 15 minutes away and told me to go there. I was upset, especially since it was farther away, they already made me late, and I had to pay by the mile. They said to drop it off with them and they would take care of the extra miles. The inconvenience threw me off, especially since I had people waiting to help me move and I ended up being over an hour and a half late! I hope they take care of the bill better than they took care of the actual rental.JAMIE B.

Stood 30 minutes to sign release, while only u-haul agent was selling a travel trailer..... asked everyone in place to help, but was told only one man handles u-haul.... no way to treat customers, PaulPAUL D.
no one came out of their office to speak to me - I had to go in and ask someone to assist me. While I was in the man's office the lady next door who asked someone else to help me chatted about personal stuff she was going to do or bring to the beach. Not very friendly place.REBECCA V.

service your vehicles better as in tires. I had three tires on the truck fail at once and unfortunately had a "near Death" experience.I have spoken to A general manager and he claims that he cannot re-imburse me any amount of my total bill.
