They have been helpful in the past when I used them. This time I did a self check-in on a Sunday. My first time using the self check-in and that was a learning experience. Video was for trucks not trailer. I had taken pictures & got back in my car out of the rain, then had to re-take pictures as I stepped through the process. I could not upload the pictures I had just taken. Taking the pictures & getting my phone to cooperate with a wet touch screen was a pain.Michael R.

I am dissatisfied with U-Hau, Inc. for charging me $20 more because I returned the trailer on the day I was supposed to but 4 hours latter than I was allowed. I did not see your fine Print!. Very unprofessional company policy!Williams H.

I was treated very poorly. There was a 15 foot truck on that lot. When I initially went into this location to check on a U-Haul rental on Thursday, I was told the truck was unavailable on Friday without even anyone looking in the system. I was told to go down the road to Oceana auto. At Oceana Auto they were very helpful and got me in touch with U-Haul to reserve another truck within the area. As it turns out it was at the location I had just left. When I arrived on Friday to pick the U-Haul up at noon, the individual, who I initially spoke with on Friday,ripped the keys off the wall and had the other person take care of me. This is concerning considering that I am of Asian descent. It makes me wonder if it was him being lazy or intentionally discriminating. I would use U-Haul in the future because of the excellent service I received from Oceana Auto.Dan Y.

There wasn't as much gas in the truck that I was told it wasn't cleaned out. It was a scary experience for me only because I never drove a truck like that before. But I would rent again because it was so nice to get everything moved in one day. The man was very helpful when I was making the reservation and picking up the truck.dawneen W.

Two Comments: Equipment and rental rates were fair enough. BUT charging a $20..00 after hours fee is ridiculous!! I picked up the trailer at 4:45pm on Friday. The rental shop closes at Noon on Saturday. Why do I get charged $20.00 because they close earlier than 5pm on Saturday??? Makes no sense to me. I will not use Paul's Auto Service again - IF I can help it.Allen A.

We confirmed with the guy multiple times we had to go from the pick up location, to manistee and then to mount pleasant and he said he added that to our thing only to find out after we drop it off and get home, that we were charged for going over by 47-49 miles even though it was confirmed that we would have that out in there that we had it noted we HAD to go that extra distance since the pick up location was so out of the way.SKYLER JADE W.

first he said he wasn't supposed to get any returns today and then he asked my name and found it on his computer. he told me to park it next to the "dozer" in a dirt lot and offered no help unhooking the very heavy hitch from my car. when I picked it up the GIRL helped me hook it up.SCOTT HOWARD W.

This may not be the box but overall i was surprised that there were many errors in this order. First the drop off was Port Huron on the other side of the state from Hart and then i had multiple orders, each with a different drop off. I finally went to Pauls who i have used many times and dropped off the trailer. WHen i went to use the app it didnt work so i called the 800 gouhaul number. It said choose 1 for a new reservation and 2 for a problem with existing reservation. I pushed 2 and waited 1/2 hour then hung up. TGhen i pushed 1 and in one minute got a nice person who checked me in, cancelled the overcharge which was added while i was on the phone etc. On theother hand the equipement was excellentRonald K.

This place is busy with a lot going on but still gave great customer service! They are organized, efficient, and had exactly what we asked for waiting for us! We have had problems in the past where other locations have had the wrong equipment waiting for us so this was a relief. The gentlemen behind the counter made our experience quick and easy.
