Very easy to work with

RAYMOND KNo wiper fluid, wipers didn't function properly and the back door wasn't latches and flew up while driving down the road. When we returned the vehicle we informed the person of the problems and they did absolutely nothing nor did they offer to have anyone call us. I would like a credit. This was dangerous. We had to pull over and grab snow to clear the windshield several times to make the windshield visible. Unacceptable. Renter in Hurley WI.

MARCUS EHad no problems this time, other than the trailer I wanted to rent wasn't available, but was able to substitute another type without issue. Actually worked out better as I was able to leave that trailer in Baraboo vs having to tow it back to Hurley.
DAVID TThe staff was surprised when I dropped off the trailer at this location. I did not know where I would be able to drop it off when I rented it. It was a one-way rental. It took a few minutes, but they tracked down the contract and assisted me in unhooking the trailer. I was very pleased with the service during the entire rental

shawn aI was told to have the truck back by 8 pm that day. We arrived about 10 minutes to 8 and the store was closing and there was no to process the return of the truck there. We dropped the key in the drop box. I returned the next day an they processed the return but I ended up being charged for two days instead of one. You may want to inform customers to bring back the vehicles an hour or so earlier than the store closing time.
Robert SSince I live on the border of two states renting for a local one-day rental is a hassle. Your computer program doesn't recognize the correlation.
Todd TI requested a wardrobe box with my rental, but when I got there to pick up the truck, I was told they did not have any type of boxes there. Then I received the box delivered to my house, 5 days later! Don't need it now. Plus, I have a number of charges that I don't understand for what. Need to call now. Not very happy

Megab OIt took over an hour to get going with the U-Haul truck. I already had the reservation so it shouldn't have been that hard. Returning the truck wasn't any easier. I was there for 45 minutes and I walked away very frustrated because I asked the customer service rep to please detail the bill out because it was 50.00 more than what I was quoted when I left. He was argumentative and wouldn't give me the mileage that he was charging me and was misquoting me the price per mile. I finally just paid so I could leave and deal with u haul traffic in the morning. To my surprise I was over charged on the mileage when my receipt came on my email. I then had to go in and tell the same customer service rep again that the miles were incorrect and his reasoning was that they must be dyslectic.

Paul LMake sure the app to check in works as advertised. I had to wait for Pat's to open to check in. Frustrating when the technology designed to simplify things makes things more difficult.

Thomas PTrailer jumped all over the road...brake may have been hanging up...suspension was worn out... I purchased a $3500 pool table and needed to haul it I rented the trailer for 24 hours I had it for four and a half and brought it back there is no way I could haul my new pool table in that trailer what a rip off...i would like my $$ back
philip guhaul was out of windshield fluid and the wiper blade was broken. bad customer support in Hurley Wisconsin pick up location. took over a hour to get truck after reserving it a week prior.It was fun when your on a highway driving and go to use the windshield wiper fluid after getting splashed from passing big rig and it doesnt work and you cant see doing 55 mph. i was lucky we didnt get into a accident because of there lack of checking fluid levels before renting these trucks
Mike OThe truck was filthy with soda all over the inside of the cab I had to clean the inside windows before I left town so I could aleast see out of them and it also smelled horrible.
Cheryl JIt took an hour for picking up a reservation. Clerk was very slow. He didn't seem to know how to navigate the system process. Had customers standing in line. Didn't say anything. Gave me a trailer that I had to bring back because it had a lock on the door. I had 2 helpers that I had to pay an hour for just waiting. I wasn't pleased a bit. That location had no customer service concept. Sad!
