Nice location. Didn't interact with anyone since it was closed. But the drop-off was very easy.

David RWorst experience ever. Their system kept glitching made it harder to follow the steps to pick up the uhaul. Customer service was more than 45 mins wait. I highly recommend going to a regular uhaul place. This was my last option

Keith MYou should ask for a review of Uhaul in general. This location is great. However.. this is NOT where my reservation was. I had to go to a different location, and waste time and gas, because the reservation you promised to have (over the phone and online.. via uhaul corporate when I called to verify the night before that the truck would be there...) WAS NOT there for me when I showed. No phone call.. no email.. just show up to get truck and find you dont have one after all.
Edward SI found that it was very time consuming having to self check-in. Make sure that the battery is charged. I had to wait until someone charged the battery.

Keith MEqipment I ordered was not on truck. Pickup and drop off was kind of messy online, but now that I know what's required it's awfully convenient.

Daniel DThis is for Corp. Fix the App so that you can use it to pick up and return. I sat that 25 min and finally figured I had to use the online version to complete the return.
Leonard SI spent an hour and a half getting checked in, throwing my whole day’s schedule off. The app didn’t work and I spent an hour on hold when I called. Very frustrating, especially when you have a hard day of moving ahead of you.
