I love the mobile check in...however, the check in was too long.

Keith M.You should ask for a review of Uhaul in general. This location is great. However.. this is NOT where my reservation was. I had to go to a different location, and waste time and gas, because the reservation you promised to have (over the phone and online.. via uhaul corporate when I called to verify the night before that the truck would be there...) WAS NOT there for me when I showed. No phone call.. no email.. just show up to get truck and find you dont have one after all.

Daniel D.This is for Corp. Fix the App so that you can use it to pick up and return. I sat that 25 min and finally figured I had to use the online version to complete the return.
Leonard S.I spent an hour and a half getting checked in, throwing my whole day's schedule off. The app didn't work and I spent an hour on hold when I called. Very frustrating, especially when you have a hard day of moving ahead of you.
