Richard RThis Uhaul truck needs to be repaired it shakes very very bad. The truck was clean. However, I said NO because of the driving experience that I had to endure. And for the money I paid I should have gotten a better quality of product; or the truck needs to NOT BE RENTED AT ALL-until Uhaul repairs it! Period.
Jennifer KTruck had a lot of dents and scratches but it ran well. The location personnel were very professional and curiosity. I would highly recommend them as a #1 or A1 U-haul dealer. STEVIE PThe personnel were awesome and very helpful. Not a lot of options where I started my trip. The pads I was provided had been laying around the shop in the sun for so long they were faded, not to mention dirty. Just a small location whose main business isn't U-Haul rentals. Most of my U-Haul rentals are from the larger centers with on-site storage and most supplies you could possible need to move and where everything is shiny and clean. If I haven't been in those locations, it's been tough to get furniture pads, dollies, supplies, etc. Again, the people were awesome.

Marcus KI rented via the 24/7 rental option. Unfortunately I had to wait an hour just to get the truck. Better communication and assistance to customers using this rental option would be great!
Alicia JThis drop-off location is essentially a mechanic shop. There is hardly any inventory at this facility. However, I was able to drop off my truck and trailer without any difficulty.

PARNELL'S AThis location is your typical garage type location and was fine for the transaction. This Uhaul experience has to do with with UHAUL itself. Trailer had a broken fender on it that had claim stickers applied already. As I'm towing this thing, bits of the fender are flying off due to vibrations from bumps in the road.How about fixing the fender?! Your website is a joke when it comes to inventory. Not once have I been able to reserve a trailer/dolly and it be in stock. "Limited Availability" doesn't mean "Out of Stock"! It means we have 1 or 2 left.... I reserve and then the next day I get the call saying "we don't have it there but we have it here much further away. Shall I change your reservation?"
Scott CNothing was wrong with the employee at the location he was nice but the Truck was dirty, smelled like smoke, and uncomfortable. The AC would only work for 30 minutes at a time then stop blowing, Causing my wife and myself to sit in 12 hours of heat. I got horrible MPG yet it cost me $100 to fill up each time (3 times). Not to mention all the undocumented damage the employee and myself had to go around and annotate, inculding a split in half fender on the tow dolly. The price wasnt worth it. My first and last time using UHAUL.

doug bThe uhaul terminal machine was not working at all. U was at the counter for almost an hour. And that's even with me doing the advance sign in on line that was suppose to save me time at the counter. Very disappointed.

STOKES SThe location was 10 miles out so I was charged for the extra mileage. I paid over 145$ to travel from Goldsboro to Warsaw NC
marsha sThe location I got the trailer from was great and were I dropped it off was great. The problem I have is that I told the people that helped with the reservations made it for one day and I asked for two and I was told the place I got the storeage shed at I was told it was a uhaul place and the first mounth was free and it wasn't I am very unsatisfied and I will tell people not to trust what uhaul tells them because it's not true they just won't your money
